The "ghetto" and the "projects" reffers to low-income housing, usually broken down and not especially clean. The majority of crime happens in the ghetto. Ghettos are the homes of many African Americans, although it might seem bad, alot of good families are raised in them. If someone says they live in the ghetto, their telling you thy don't live in a nice neighborhood. ]
its knida like sayin low income part of town where people dont have much money and stuff like that
hope i helped.. ]
Ghetto is a run down neighborhood.. where there is alot of drug use, shootings, violence and stuff.. projects is like an apartment complex where its cheap rent and pretty fucked up.. alot of people like to say its black people neighborhoods which yea majority of black people live in the ghetto but there is some where mexicans and white people live also.. ♥ Dez ]
It's an area of town. I think it's low income housing. Not a very safe part of town, if you ask me =) ]
