I know that FIT means frequency inensity and TIme and we have to give an example of each and my sport is soccer and ihave 3x for frequency and i don't get what the intensity would be so if someone could tell me what it is tha'd be great!

HA! we did this in 8th grade..ok so intensity is how hard you play. Like, for soccer it would be how hard you ran and kicked the ball. Hard intesity would be non-stop running and not like stopping ot take a breath or whatever.

We just did this in health, but I forget. =) Anyway, I think it means how hard you work. Like, look at the word. INTENSITY..intense. Here's a site I found about F.I.T.

On the 2nd one, go down to where it says "FIT tip". I know it's something about Max Heart Rate, but just read those, so you know for sure =)

so intensity would be frequency x time? What was your time?
I think it's the frequency you did it times the time it took = intensity...intensity is how well you did it..i think!
