Upload the .torrent file gotten from btjunkie.org (or wherever). It will give you a download link once it's done. Pay attention to the bandwidth and space limits or else you'll have to pay money to continue downloading.
After you download it, add it to your Zune software and sync with your Zune. If that doesn't work, convert the downloaded file with MediaCoder as described previously.

How do I get those songs onto a CD so that I can listen to it on the CD player like in my car or radio. I am willing to download another program (if it's free) but I would rather just work with either the CD creator or the Windows media player.

I leave for a trip to California in about a week, and I would like to be able to watch movies on the plane ride there and home.
How can I put movies onto my zune for free? I would like if I could just download them from a site, preferably not a torrent or a .rar file. Considering I can't use those two when I download music, hah. If you can't offer a site to download for FREE, in a .zip folder or something along those lines but know how to put a movie from a DVD onto the computer that would be extremely appreciated also.

There is no site that will allow you to download free movies directly; it's illegal and they would be shut down. Just use torrents. I use btjunkie.org for finding torrents.
If you can't get a bittorrent program to work, ImageShack will, for free, download up to 10GBs (about 14 movies) of torrents for you and then allow you to download them directly via HTTP. An account is required to see this tool.
To rip DVDs, use DVDFab HD Decrypter (free) to get the raw VOB files:

i bought sims 3 a couple of days ago and i was really exited to play the game.
I installed it and it was loading and the graphics were really bad!.. i checked my computer on www.canyourunit.com and it said i have intel(R)celeron(R)CPU2.53 ghz . and im ment to have (XP)2.oGhz P4 processor or equivalent;(vista)2.4GHz P4 processor or equivalent ect. it said i passed on the CPU speed but didnt on the system ram i have 510 MB but i need (XP)1 GB RAM; (vista) 1.5GB RAM (if built in graphics then add o.5 GB additional RAM).
i passed on the operating system but not on the video card. im ment to have 128MB video card ect.
and it recommended all these iteams it either said buy a new $1000 computer.. or buy $300 worth of... items and even then it wont be as good..??

That's what you need to do. You can't play the game without a better computer. You need to either buy a new computer with the required specs, or add hardware onto your computer to make it good enough.
I can't give you specific recommendations without a model number for your motherboard, but it will probably cost only $150-200 for the necessary hardware. If you can't install the hardware yourself, though, it will cost several hundred additional dollars for installation.

I kinda unerstand the difference between RAM and Memory and i was just wondering can RAM be used up like Memory?? Ram is rapid access memory and memory is where files/ect are stored and i want to know if RAM can be depleted so my question is can ram be used up???
Yes. Programs take up RAM. Closing the program recovers the RAM used by it. If you run out of RAM, your computer will become very slow.
Your computer is like an office. Programs are pages. RAM is the desktop. The hard disk is the filing cabinet.
You can only work on things that are on your desk. If your desk is too small, you will run out of space and you'll have to keep swapping pages between the filing cabinet and the desk. This is very slow.
Your computer's CPU can only process things that are in RAM. If you don't have enough RAM, you will run out of space and you'll have to keep swapping data between the hard disk and RAM. RAM is about 180,000 times faster than a hard disk, so this will make your computer really slow.

i heard frostwire was better then limewire. so i removed limewire and downloaded frostwire & frost wire doesnt work. i went into the fire wall settings and allowed frostwire as an exception and it still isnt connecting to the internet. i have one green bar & 4 red bars. nothings working. HELPPPPPP
In Frostwire, go to options -> advanced -> firewall. Change both the "listen port" and "manual port forward" to a random valid port (56619 is a good choice). OK everything.
Now set your firewall to allow incoming UDP connections on the port you chose above. It should now work. If it doesn't work, you probably didn't configure your firewall correctly.

Hello, sometimes when i get on the internet, the pages i visit don't load completely. It only loads the links and it just appears as a white page with little links on the left side. how do i fix this?
Use the latest version of a modern browser. If you already are, uninstall it, delete all of its files (including the stuff in appData), and then reinstall it.

I found some vitamins that I really want but they're online and not sold in any of the stores around here that I'm aware of. I found a site called Vitacost that has the vitamins for a fairly decent price, comparatively. Well, I was going to see if my mom would order them from me and she asked me if it was a reliable, safe site to order from and if I knew anything about it. I have view scourced it, and seen the html myself but I can not get it to submit when i use it on my website. Is there javascript needed to be downloaded? Or is there an area on the form needed to be edited so I can use it for my website? I don't just need any form, I can make a form. I need that particular form so I can have the ID login and it to caculate a formula for a link and picture to be displayed just like at that website I gave you. I need the form to function exactly like that. I don't know what I'm not getting. I've entered the html on my coffeecup html editor and still, when I enter the ID and hit login, it caculates into a blank website page. I don't understand. Help please.

That kind of form requires server-side scripting, which isn't visible to you. When you click submit, the ID is sent to slifetrain.com/slife/tizagPost.asp. The slifetrain.com server then processes the request internally and returns the appropriate HTML.
The site probably uses the Facebook Development Platform to get the pictures. Because you need the secret API key to remain secret, you can't use Javascript to do it.

Now today -July 15, 2009- my dad randomly decided we should go look for it.

He says it's extremely possible the memory is still functionable and I could get all my stuff back since I lost it all when I got my new phone

There is no chance. Minutes or hours after it is submerged, the water will short circuit everything, causing your data to be erased. Even if you took the battery out before submerging it, the water will have dissolved important components by now.

Hi, I have recently bought digital camcorder Panasonic VDR-D300EB. It came with a CD which had three programs - a DVD-Ram driver, DVD-moviealbumse 4.2 and DVDfunstudio. I downloaded them one by one. After I downloaded dvd-moviealbumse 4.2, it did not install properly as when I tried to run the program, it showed errors in some files. I tried to re-install it using CD, but it said that progam already installed, please uninstall. But, it was not listed in add/remove program. I could not see any uninstall file in its program file. So, I deleted the files from the program. But, I had same message when I tried to re-install. Since, then I tried restoring my system to previous dates, and also edited the registry - I managed to find one entry with the program name which I deleted and also deleted any other entry with panasonic name, but still no avail. I don't know what to do. I will try to contact the customer services tomorrow. I would be glad for any advice that you might be able to offer.

I need a new email address and I was unsure which site offers the best free email. I know of a few like Yahoo, Hotmail, and Google's GMail but that doesn't tell me much, you know? I have used every service you mentioned. Many of them for extended periods.
AOL and Hotmail put advertising in outgoing email, which is incredibly unprofessional and annoying. Don't use them.
Gmail and GMX are full-featured and have a very good spam filter. I recommend one of these. Which one you use depends on your taste; GMX has more organizational features than Gmail, but it's heavier.
Yahoo is rather basic and uncustomizable. The spam filter is not so good. I wouldn't use it.
I use paid Fastmail email. It is the only provider with the customizability that I require.

I've used PCs all my life at home, but the appeal of Apple computers has gotten the best of me, and I'm seriously considering buying a MacBook for college next year.
The biggest deal breaker here is if I can transfer my music and files from my portable hard drive to a new Mac. Is this possible?
And also, how different is using a PC versus a Mac? I've read articles about technical aspects, but not so much the user experience. Is creating folders, uploading pictures from a camera, and everything like that, similar to a PC?

MP3 files will work on a Mac. If uploading pictures from your camera requires special software, it might not work. If you can just plug in the USB cable and navigate to the pictures, it will work.
The biggest difference is that you won't be installing much software. Everything most people need is included. You also won't be able to install most software, since Windows software won't work on a Mac.

Yesterday, I was on AIM, and got a random IM. The guy stated his name, and started talking randomly. He mentioned the state I was in, which again I don't know this person. It started to freak me out, so I signed out.
This might be someone I know just messing around, but somehow I doubt it.
Now, online, I have a Facebook/MySpace and a general e-mail for both. And then I have a plethora of other e-mail that I use for play, signing up for forum boards and such, and none of my Instant Messenger services are hooked to the Facebook/Myspace anymore.
I recently learned about IP addresses, and again, was getting a little freaked. Now then, my question.
Can someone find your exact location with an IP easily? (I know its possible, the whole thing with police tracing e-mails blah). I doubt that, if it was fairly difficult, anyone would go and find someone they haven't even spoken to, but if it was easy.
I really am being paranoid, really paranoid, but I am also curious. Not even IP even, but computer tracking in general? And if it is, is there anything I can do to make it more difficult?

You can easily get the nearest large city from an IP address. You can't get a street address or phone number. Given additional information such as school, place of employment, name, etc. it is not impossible to find a person.
To access the Internet, you must have an IP address and this address must be transmitted with every connection you make. Using a proxy/VPN would hide it, but it's difficult to proxify every connection into and out of your computer, and it would make your connection much slower.
Finding the IP address of an individual is not necessarily easy. Plain IM won't give it to you; you'd need to start a file transfer. Sending an email won't give it to you unless you include an embedded image on a server you control. Receiving an email might give you the sender's IP, but it's not guaranteed. Only the owner of a website can see the visitors' IP addresses; other visitors can't see anything. S_C only has access to your IP because she moderates this site. You can't find someone's IP address through Myspace/Facebook without some social engineering.
I wouldn't worry about it. Few people are crazy enough to track you down IRL. And if they are, that's what the police are for.

What is stem cell research?
Stem cells are special cells that can be transformed into other types of cells. For example, a bunch of stem cells could be turned into a new liver. This would be very valuable to medicine.
Until recently, however, the only source of stem cells were embryos, which is one of the first stages of human development. Embryos are in no way sentient and are only composed of a few hundred cells, but they would become a person if allowed to develop. This causes the controversy.
Nothing that looks like a baby is used in embryonic stem cell research. Hundreds of embryos are discarded in the process of in vitro fertilization, and these are the embryos that are used. They would be thrown away otherwise.
Scientists have now found ways of harvesting stem cells without killing what could eventually be a person. It would not have been possible to develop this new technology without embryonic stem cell research, so attempts to ban embryonic stem cell research *were* wrong.

People have been telling me about that Second Life Game, so I decided to make an account. The first time, it asked for mobile to send text for code to autherize, so five hours later, I still got nothing, yahooed if anyone else had that issue and someone said my phone service might not recieve the text.
So I tried PayPal, that didn't work out either.
I tried a couple times again just to make sure, and then I just decided I'm going to ask my friend for their phone number and do it that way. But now Second Life says that I've made too many accounts and now I can't make anymore.
So what am I supposed to do now?!

It uses your phone number to verify that you only have one account. Since your friend used her phone number to activate SL, you can't use it again.
Activation through Paypal didn't work because your Paypal account isn't verified. You must add a bank account to verify your Paypal account. Then create a *new* SL account and activate it with the paypal account that you just verified. If you get an error, call SL support.
