limewire/frostwire

i heard frostwire was better then limewire. so i removed limewire and downloaded frostwire & frost wire doesnt work. i went into the fire wall settings and allowed frostwire as an exception and it still isnt connecting to the internet. i have one green bar & 4 red bars. nothings working. HELPPPPPP

In Frostwire, go to options -> advanced -> firewall. Change both the "listen port" and "manual port forward" to a random valid port (56619 is a good choice). OK everything.

Now set your firewall to allow incoming UDP connections on the port you chose above. It should now work. If it doesn't work, you probably didn't configure your firewall correctly.
