I was just wondering..is it possible to change your eyes? i want them to look like this:

i searched up som images on google and i saw some people with them or it could be the fact im really gullible and they must hav editted the pic so good or used somthing to change the pic to fool people but i dunno. so anyways is it possible? will it hurt? do they sell them at stores so you can buy and possibly design your eye yourself or do you hav to see like som sort of eye specialist to do that for you and how much will changing your eyes cost? its not that i dont like my eyes, i like them, they hav dots too but a lot and at a lot of places and they creep people out when i pop them open which is kind of fun but i just really like the design of that eye on the pic. i really hope its possible. -^_^-
You can't change your eye.
(because thats the iris, its a muscle that makes your pupil grow and shrink. Cutting into it will ruin your eyes) Those are contacts. Like the other people said. My friend has a pair that are white. (damned sexy) but yeah. you can wear them whenever you want, they're non corrective, meaning they won't affect your sight, but they can be expensive as hell.

do crunches even work?
i can do alot of them but my stomch is still fat its not shrinking.

what do crunches even do?
the thing about crunches is, They work, but they work sections of your abs. a traditional crunch works the upper section, by your ribs.
If you do a reverse crunch (My friend did these, it works very well.) it will work the bottom section of your abs. A reverse crunch is when you lay flat on your back with your knees up, then lift your butt of the ground.
Doing side crunches works the sides of your abs. Do these like normal crunches but instead of going straight up, curl up to either knee.
basically, if you do sets of twenty regular, twenty reverse, and twenty sides to the left, and twenty to the right, maybe twice a day, you'll get results like ... well I was going to say like this, and snap.. but I guess that doesn't work well over the internet. haha. You get the point.

hey i was wondering if singing loses some calories
cause when i went to japan and went to a kareoke place, i started singing some songs like mariah carey. and if showed me how many calories i lost.
Can you really lose calories by singing?
Everything you do burns calories.
Hell, Breathing burns them. How many calories singing burns depends on how loud you sing, how fast, your pitch range, and if your really into it.
for example, if you sing "Mary had a little lamb" at a normal pitch range, somewhat quietly, and moderately slow while just sitting on a stool, its obviously not going to do MUCH.
but if you were to do something like AC/DC and be all into it, singing fast, moving around and loudly, you'll burn a lot more.
but like I said, It really won't have a significant effect on any kind of dieting or fitness scale.
if you have an irregular period do you still like develop and stuff?
all an Irregular period means is that Your hormones haven't settled, so your body can't regulate itself well. Nearly Everybody's irregular for their first few months or so. so to answer your question,Yes you still develope. (How big you get, or how skinny your waist gets is genetics. It doesn't have anything to do with regularity.)

Running.
Running in the sand/snow. or up and down stairs. (just make sure there's nothing to trip on. that might be bad haha)
Cycling. Not like mountain biking, thats more for gaining muscle. but one of the cycle machines at a gym or wherever, with little to no resistance.
umm Jumping Rope may help. but thats more for your calves than thighs.
Also, for faster results, run with ankle weights. just not super heavy ones.
I playfully punched my guy friend on the cheek. Now he keeps saying it hurts, and I should kiss it. Thing is, I really like him, but Ii'm super nervous to kiss it, even though he keeps telling me to. I want to, I'm just nervous. How can I work myself up to do it?!
haha something similar happened to me, with my buddy Timmy. except it was his butt and I didn't hurt it... and he wanted me to massage, it not kiss it.

when he's sitting on a couch or whatever, sit next to him and when you sit, put your hand in his. Then just look at him and start chatting.
I used to love flirting and having tons of fun with guys, but lately i have completely gotten out of it. i gained weight stopped making myself look good and feel like everything is going downhill. I want get back to how I used to be. What do I do? I'm not comfortable with myself anymore

Well, Don't look toward getting to how you Used to be. Because, If how you used to be was how you Want to be, then you wouldn't have changed.
Even if you think that, thats what you want. Your subconscience let you slack because it was easier for you, or for some reason.
Set small goals, like starting an excersize routine.
or walking places instead of driving. and rationing your junk foods. Things like that will bring you to a healthy body shape. And, just have confidence. People see confidence, If you act like you like who you are, You'll trick yourself into actually liking yourself. and when You like yourself, You take care of yourself. And Boys especially like that kind of confidence
My dog is a Shih Tzu [a small dog] and since he's small, he's more open to getting sick and such so we have to watch what he give him since animal clinic fees are monstrous. Well, my mom bought Toasted Oats [From Full Circle Organic or something like that] and it has less than 1 gram of sugar in it. The question is are oatmeal thing bad for Shih Tzus? Is it fine for us to give my dog the cereal?

Yeah, I wouldn't recommend giving Cereal to your dog. I don't think its nessicarily Bad for him. but I wouldn't do it.

you told me to use small weights and to do alot of repititions. im 5'3" and i weigh 140 lbs. i'm currently bench-pressing 16 lbs(8 lbs on each side) and doing 3 sets of 25. is that good? i don't want my arms to get bigger as in muscular i want then to be skinnier. thanks for answering!
They wont get bigger.
Three sets of twenty five, yeah that seems pretty good... but bench pressing will work more of your shoulders than biceps/triceps.
Dont get me wrong, It will work, Just out of experience, I'd say arm curls would work more efficiently.
P.S.
Eight pound weights to do curls with? those'll do it for you. I don't know exactly how many you should do, because I don't know how active you are.
but a good way to find out is work with your nondominant arm and count how many you can do before you start to get sore. DONT OVERWORK IT. you'd only hurt yourself. just until you start to get sore, then use that number as your number of reps. and gradually try to increase that number by like fives or so.

My friend suggested Slipknot, but I'm looking for music that doesn't scream all of the time. Yelling is OK, but screaming is annoying. I'm not looking for rock where the artists try to sound tough with their voices. I prefer hard electric guitars and drums to somebody screaming.

Get a pen and paper. and list everything that is suspicious. and I don't mean things like "he spends time talking to a lot of people on the phone"
If you do come up with a significant list, talk to him to his face. tell him that you're concerned and why. If he's mature enough to talk to you directly about your thoughts, then He's a keeper.

Ok, so you want Skinny arms.
Go to a gym or pick up a small weight set.
do bicep curls with a somewhat small weight with many many repetitions.
As a general rule of thumb, if you want an area of your body to be slender and tone, then you should use less weight and more repetition. And if you want muscle, use more weight and less repetition.
Also make sure you do things equally with both arms. otherwise you'll look misshapen... it'd be pretty funny, but embarassing lol.

Hey. Well, I get these random "spells" as I call them, of depression. I don't know if I'm bipolar. And like, I have a pretty good life. Not perfect, obviously, but not as bad as other people's. Darling, You're thirteen. Your hormones are having a fiesta in your brain. Its normal. For me it helped to talk to a friend when I wasn't quite feeling on top of the world. Not about whats bothering you, just about whatever
Friends typically have a postive impact on your brain. They can make you laugh. Laughing releases endorphins (happy signals in your brain). Endorphins not only make you happy, they're good for you too. They releave stress, which in turn lessens the amount of acne, headaches, growing pains, and things similar. They also help your metabolism. so the more you're around your friends, the skinnier you'll stay which means you will feel better about yourself.
So whenever I go in public (especially for rehearsals with my theater group) I feel like people are looking at me differently than they look at other people- and it makes me feel really exposed and vulnerable and then I start freaking out. They all ask me "What's wrong?" or "are you okay" and I really don't see why. It's probably because of my facial expression- which is usually depressed (I try not to look depressed but it doesn't work.)
And then I feel like people are looking at me for the rest of the day- even when I'm at home. (with no one else around)
FYI: I'm not a "pubescent" teen... i've passed all that crap so i don't know what's up with me.
Well I would tell you to see a specialist on anxiety. but they'd only put you on anti-depressants. Which, that's a load of crap.
When someone asks you whats wrong. think of something witty to say. like "My hot dog got hit by a car last night." or "My brother's hamster think's I'm superman." Just something to make them laugh. Laughing is a great medicine. It'll lift both their spirit, your spirit, and make people around you laugh... basically it'll put you in a happy setting. and when you are, you're less likely to be paranoid.
Plus It'll give you the impression of a more go-with-the-flow kind of person. and people will admire that.
okay so i just watched the OC series finale and im like so sad i cried like 4 times today. How can i get over it im like obsessed with the show and now its over and i cant handle it! what can i do?

Ok at first when I read that. I thought "I'm shorter and heavier, but I'm still tiny. why is she complaining?" but then I realized, its human nature to not be comfotable with their own looks.
My friend Kate told me this.
Try spending time, In your room alone, naked.
Sounds strange doesnt it? But it works.
You know how when You meet someone new, and you start hanging around with them, you become comfotable with who they are and you start to love'em. well its the same concept.
Read a book, sit at the computer, sleep, whatever, just time by yourself, naked. (with the blinds closed if you have neighbors, and the door locked if you have people that randomly like to walk in your room.)

Stay in bed, well.. stay in your house. eat soup, drink a lot, especially Ginger Ale will help with an upset stomach.
If its the flu, it comes with a fever? Take Ibuprofen, (Motrin or Advil) and then two hours later take Acetominophen (Tylenol). They can be taken in a cycle without effecting eachother and will bring a fever down in no time, plus help with the aches and pains that come with flu.
