thighs. ew. i want to lose a little weight off my thighs because i'm wearing daisey dukes to the next show i'm going to.
i dont want muscle
i just don't want the fat.
how do i do this without gaining muscle?

Running.
Running in the sand/snow. or up and down stairs. (just make sure there's nothing to trip on. that might be bad haha)
Cycling. Not like mountain biking, thats more for gaining muscle. but one of the cycle machines at a gym or wherever, with little to no resistance.
umm Jumping Rope may help. but thats more for your calves than thighs.
Also, for faster results, run with ankle weights. just not super heavy ones. ]

that's all, just run, it will turn into very lean muscle that will make your thighs slim because you will be burning calories
and add skipping and jumping rope into the mix ]
I think sit ups and running, skipping is the best answer =] ]
