If I get a juicer and I juice my veggies, will that have equal benifit to eating them? I like them juiced, I just don't really like the way a lot of them taste when they are cooked and eaten, But I really like juice like ummm Naked Juice and getting Juice from the Juice Store where they mix cellery and fruit and like spinich. Same thing. If you take a carrot and blend it up to get the juice it's the same carrot you put it. Do you like to eat them Raw?

Hi, I'm 15/f

At school i sit with a group of friends.On the weekends and holidays some of my friends orgaise things to do together, like going to the beach or hang out at someones house or a party and i'm hardly ever invited. I always feel left out because my friends never call me up and invite out.
What can i do to feel more accepted by my friends? Or how can i get invites without seeming desperate?

If they act like that they are not your friends. True Friends don't do leave you out of plans like that. I think you should sit down and talk to them about it and tell them how you feel and tell them that if they don't start inviting you to events it's not going to work out. I think you should go and meet new people. People that will accept you and wont leave you out of plans they are making. good luck!!

I've had my period for two years and I've never missed a month. It always came around the same time. I got it (January) 6th for three or four days which is regular then i got it last night (26th) WHYYYYYYYYYYYYY?!?!

This is very normal. When I first started my period I got it twice a month for about a year and a half and it was annoying. Some woman have irregular periods their whole life others get it for about 2-3 months depends. Your body is adjusting to new changes all the time and your hormones are also going all wacky. Sometimes birth controls helps to regulate your period. It didn`t help me but your body is different then mine if this keeps happening see your doctor and he/she will help you find something to get your period back on track again. It has nothing to do with diet or stress could.. Well.. I hope I helped a little bit anyways :) good luck. :)

I have a few small cuts on my hand and I was wondering how I could make them heal fast? There not deep there just little scratches and Ive had them for almost a week so there scabs now. So yeah any advice helps! Sorry if this is in the wrong catagory.

Sometimes I put Vaseline on scabs to soften them on so they come off easier. :)

ok so my mom has her girlfriend and we kind I don't get along because of the way she treats her kids... I would gather all proof and call the police on the situation. You have young children living with you and that's not a healthy environment. Maybe you mom might be getting abused by her girlfriend and thats why she does it but her children should come first and she should tell her to get out because ruining her relationship with her children over the Girlfriend is not worth it at all. Have you talked to your father? I hope everything all works out for you because no one deserves to be treated like that..

My boobs. :( They are UNEVEN! is there any way to even them out? or make them look less lop-sided?

Are uneven boobs normal or is this something that means I am deformed in some kinda way?

When I was younger one boob was bigger then the other and then it switched. When I turned 16 they started evening out but there's still one that is bigger but it's not as noticeable as it use to be.. One girl I was talking to where I get my bra said that a Padding out of one side of the Bra but I felt that was uncomfortable and it made it look even weirder. No one else noticed it but I did .. It's very Common. One side of your body is bigger then the other.. there's always plastic surgery but NO.. that's not the right way!

Okay, so im a tenth grader in high school and i started liking this kid and i went home and asked my mom about him because his name sounded awfully familiar to me. now, she has told me that he is my second cousin, my mom's dad which is my pop pop is cousins to this boy's dad. now if your still with me i appreciate it. i believe that we are attracted to eachother and my mom said its okay for us to go out if we want to because technically we aren't blood related at all because my mom's dad isnt her biological dad which means my mom isn't blood related to her step dad, which all leads to me not being blood related to this boy. do you think it's still wrong? if so, why?

im around smokeing of pot, cigarettes and everything a bit and latley i really want to do it. no ones making me in fact my friends tell me no, the smokers and non-smokers and my boyfriend is totally against it. its just a very bad urge that i neeeed to do it, its only getting worse so im lost. what can i do to satisfy that? try it or not or substitue? almost 16

if the smokers are so againts it then why are they doing it right? ask them that.. but no i don't think you should do it.. it could effect your relationship with your boyfriend. if i were you i would tell your boyfriend how you feel and tell him that you would like it if it was just the two of you and you want to get away from the smoke until you are ready to be yourself again. it's normal to be craving something you are around so much. i am sure he will understand and that it will be better for the both of you. and i am sure your friends will understand. you have the will power it's just hard even when no one is pushing you to do it. being around it is just as bad. :) i hope i have helped a little bit at least .. good luck :)

its not safe for a woman to have sex in water..it pushes the water inside and it doesn't come out as good. A friend of mine did it and she got a real bad yeast infection..

k so today i was with my bf and he was saying all these nice things about me.like he was like "oh you look extra beautiful today i just dont know what it is"...then after he said all those nice things he goes "but you really do need to loose some weight,im sure you like to eat alot,your like my little sister she loves food" i was like ok WTF.he know that i go for jogs almost everyday.i told him that i go for jogs everyday and hes like yeah but thats not enough,you should join a gym and eat less.i was speechless.

If you are happy with the way you are don't change yourself no matter who said that you were fat. Curves is what makes us woman beautiful not 100 pounds and a straight stick that's not sexy! I'm a woman with curves and if no man likes that too bad.. I know who and what I am and that's all that matters. Tell him you don't listen to the media and go on diets to lose 15 pounds in one week.. It's your growth and it's nothing you can change. And there's nothing wrong with having a booty lol that adds shape to the jeans us woman wear right? Keep jogging it's good excerise and it's what you feel comfortable doing. I don't think he was thinking about your feelings when he said that do you. Tell him where you come from it's not a great thing to tell a woman that she is fat and has to lose weight it hurts it's like finding out that you were cheated on.. in a way.. Next time you are sitting beside someone in class or you see the person that has the locker next to you strike up a conversation. Hello my boyfriend is going into the National Guards and before he goes for training he said he was going to propose to me. We've been together for about 2 years now. He was asking me questions about engagement rings and to pick out what i liked. I was looking online and some rings came with a matching wedding band. I have been feeling pretty down about my body lately and I think that it is affecting my love life.

I'm 20/f and my best friend is 22/m

So basically my best friend Mat and I have been inseperable since we first met 5 years ago. We've gone through hell and back together, we've been in and out of love with each other, and he's had the biggest influence on my life ever. I have this one idea where I could get "Every saint has a past" and he could get "Every sinner has a future", like the old poem. Any other ideas?

i worked with a few friends..they were all close and all got the same chinese symbol for friendship..all was well then like 2 months later they were fighting and regreting the tattoo and a few are thinking about getting it covered it...if you were to get one..get one that is small so if ever something happens it wont cost too much to do it over..
