I have been feeling pretty down about my body lately and I think that it is affecting my love life.
I'm afraid that my boyfriend doesn't like me anymore. :(
I also am afraid that my boyfriend doesn't love me anymore because we have been together for so long.
What should I do to make myself feel better and help myself believe that he really does love me?

*now for the other part
when one feels down about their body/looks it can bring down the whole love life. they feel the need to be alone and thats the only way they can be comfortable..when it comes to sex with a serious relationship this is a special time and a time where both people are to feel sexy for each other..spicing things up can help that..some waht porn and some just invent new things on their own and some look up postions on the internet..if it doesnt work out well ya had fun trying .. laugther lightens the mood ... uumm... the media had a major part in this.. just be yourself and that will be sexy enough for him! remember he is with you not that girl walking down the street or in that check out line..everyguy looks at both sexes not to compare only to compare themselves..men feel the same way..they look at other men to see if they are more manly or if they have better shoes.. sit down and see how much you both have in common with each other with it comes to feeling bad about bodies [ SecretDreamer95's advice column | Ask SecretDreamer95 A Question ]
