can someone tell me things that people do if they DONT go to college?? im just wondering, im debating weather to go to college or not, but i have no clue what id do if i didnt go?

Going college is difficult, but having any college degree on record will definitely get you a great job, or the job YOUR looking for.

Not going to college would probably not give you a pleasent job, but of course.. it's your decision, and i know many people who didn't go to college and they have wonderful jobs!

Let me start with saying that I am one of the laugh-iest person that anybody knows. Anything and everything makes me laugh, for a verry long time.

My problem is that I have a presentation in front of the class tomorrow, and all my friends are in it. I tried going before and I couldn't do it becuase all my friends make me laugh, even if theyre not doing anything funny. I just need to look at them or think about them. I know i just need to concentrate but its so hard. What do i do?!

But, my problem was.. i was so nervous i didn't even think about it.

But in your case.. i don't know if that's really going to happen.. so..

you need to NOT look at them. try looking at the back wall (if there is one) or somewhere else, keep your eye focused on something that won't make you laugh while presenting.

My sister has a myspace and shes only 13 well i made it so itsaid she was fourteen.. she has a ton of people on there she doesnt know. and she doesnt know how to control herself around people she dont know she'll talk to them and tell them stuff. How can i tell if She has a Private myspace.

She is a friend on mine so i cant just view hers to find out.

If she's your friend.. Then all you have to do is click on her NAME. It should say "This users profile has been changed to private, blahblah." If i DOESNT than it's not private.. you need to set it to private by simply going to basic info and changing her age to 14.

And yes, you can just view her profile and it should say private. :)

I'm a 21 year old Female and I have a very big issue with my weight. This issue is affecting my happiness and love life. My question is how can I NOT let this affect me?

It depends if your UNDERweight over OVERweight.

You just said "your weight" so.. i'll give you two options.

First off, if your underweight, and it's causing problems in your life, you need to eat more balanced foods, healthier foods, and just MORE. If you cannot help your underweight problem, you should talk to your doctor about this.

If your overweight and it's interfering with your life style/love life. You just need to eat better & exercise more! No big deal! Try putting some extra working out into your schedual.. and take it seriously. Get a goal, and when you reach your goal, you will feel so much better. :]

Most people view other people by their looks, it's just what people do these days.

Your underweight, but it's not that bad.
Your height is still shorter, but i'd try eating just a bit more.. you'll feel better.

I've tried to download AIM on my laptop, seriously, about 9 times now, & everytime I try to sign on, it says The AIM Service Can Not Be Reached.

And a couple of times that I've tried, it says that there were errors during the download.

Does anyone know what the problem is?

If it says "The AIM service cannot be reached" it has nothing to do with your AIM. It's your internet connection, try re-plugging your cable cord or whatever your using, modem, cable ect. It should work then, or you may be having internet failures.

Once you get your internet reconnected, re-download AIM.

hi! well im 15/f
and yeah my family doesnt think i have any friends...BECAUSE my cousin always wants to do something with me like hang out..she doesnt have very many pepole to hang out with...and like so i have to spend all my time with her it seems..i just met this girl and we clicked right away! i mean we are pretty good friends now..i dont really hang out with anyone really..except my cousin and this girl that i was talking about earlier..and so my bro comes home today and is like yeahhhh susie (my aunt) said she is worried about you because you have no friends..i mean i always wanna go out and do things! party it up! but i never get invited to parties..im not outgoing..and i dono i guess i really dont have THAT many friends..well i do..in school..but i dont hang out with many and today my cousin is like yeah my my was gonna ask if i could spend the weekend with you since they're gonna be gone and im like..oh? and then she is like Nevermind!! my dad is gonna be home..you can just spend the weekend here then..and so now like i guess i have to sleepover there friday and saturday and then hang out on sunday too..and i didnt wanna be like yeah i dont wanna hang out with youu! so i was like umm okay? but that takes up my WHOLE weekend and we like never do anything there..i even told her we are gonna go out and do something!!! because she always sits on the computer..and im like we are gonna go to a movie or something..just party it up! and then she is like i kno..but what are we gonna do? and at her school..they're are alot of hotties but she isnt exactly the 'popular' type.. sorry not to be mean..but she isnt? i can tell..and so she doesnt have like hardly any friends..and like NO guy friends :( me either thO! and i wanna hang out with guys..and shes like well on the computer we can ask a whole buncha people including this kid that i think is hott...and he is pretty popular i guess..and im thinking he is gonna try and make up an excuse not to go..or say he has other plans..and i hear this girl that is like very popular and gorgeous that this kid i think is hott..is going to the movies this weekend too..so im scared their gonna ask this kid to go..and alot of other people then nobody will wanna go when we doo..and the kid always flirts with this girl and it BUGS me..i wanna meet hiM!!! thats why i want to like go to a movie or something..but i know if my cousin asks he wont (sorry mean?) but its true! and i dont know anyone else that knows him.. and on friday my cousin plays hockey and she is like OH SHOOT..i have a hockey game at like 530 and they usually have to watch varsity too..so there goes our friday night you know?..UGH this is very very confusing i cant meet new people thru my cousin..she dont kno anyone..but i wanna go out and have fun! neither of us have cars..and her dad works till like 6 every night..and i dono if he would even wanna bring us anywhere..and yeahhhH! please dont say hang out with my friends..because i dont hang out with many people either..woahhh sorry SO LONG really!! its just lately this has been bothering me..

Well, first off. You can't let your cousin run your life, wether she has no one to hang out with or not. You need to definitly take a break from her if you ask my opinion. It doesn't seem like you have any communication problems, it's just that you need to get out MORE. If you seem to meet new people at your school, try planning something with them over the weekend, movies, mall ect. More new friends leads to even more friends, soon enough you'll feel a lot better. You just need to act yourself, don't try and fit in, but still talk to your cousin. Sure, hanging out with her once in a while is fine, but don't make it stressful and an every day thing. I know if i were you i wouldn't wanna do the same thing either. I really don't know what else to say, but take my advice. It will be for the best. :) Take care.

I really want my belly peirced, my mum said she'll see is there any way I can perswade my dad???? (Im 13 by the way)

On my opinion, 13 is a pretty young age, but it's your decision.

First off, there are many risks in taking and getting your bell peirced, i find belly peircings discusting on my opinion. Make sure you know the steps in cleaning it, and taking care of it, or it will get infected. You have to be serious about it as well.

I really don't know how to persuade parents, but.. you could just tell him you really want it, tell him that you desirve it in some way? Tell him how you would benifit from it (if you do.)

Sorry i couldn't help much, but please think about this before you go and get it done.

Alright so in the past few months 5 students at my school have died from a car accident. I wasn't close to any of these people but I knew who they were. I'm starting to learn how to drive and I am so scared to get behind the wheel. Even when I'm just riding in the car I get this INTENSE feeling that something is wrong. It feels like someone is sitting on my chest. Could it be a panic attack? How can I stop this from happening so I can focus on learning how to drive?

Wow, sorry to hear that.

You probably have anxiety of driving now since you know about the deaths.

Maybe you should drive with someone when your driving to comfort you? Or possibly tell your doctor about the feeling, and he could possibly give you something to make you more relaxed.

okay so i met this guy like dec. 20th @ a bball game. and we exchanged numbers. :] he called me like wed. night and we talked for like 2 hours. [ i think i like him] he said he would call me the next day after his game. he never did, i tried to call him but he didn't pick up. and i did the next day & his phone was off. idk what to think. if it means anything.. do you think he will ever call me?

you never know what could be going through his mind, but since you said he called you first, i guess you could say at least he wanted to talk to you. but. if he doesn't pick up, or doesn't call you back for a really long time, i would assume somethings up. i couldn't really tell you if he will call you back or not. sorry hun. good luck.

Thats normal.

Since you've just started it, the times you have it can vary. One time you can have it for 5 days, and another 1 week. Your pretty lucky if it's just light. Nope, nothings wrong. But you may want to see a doctor if it countinues over 2 weeks or so.

Theres no really "legal" age. But whats legal is the age DIFFERENCES between the two people.

Ex : Really old guy, with really young girl.
Illegal.

Ex : Close to the same age.
