insidetheresme answered Sunday January 22 2006, 1:42 am: maybe if you uninstall your whole AIM... so it's completely off your computer. Then you restart your computer and go to the AIM website again and try to install it all over again. That's happened to me before...So thats what I did, and it worked fine. JustAskAlli answered Saturday January 21 2006, 2:02 am: If it says "The AIM service cannot be reached" it has nothing to do with your AIM. It's your internet connection, try re-plugging your cable cord or whatever your using, modem, cable ect. It should work then, or you may be having internet failures.
Once you get your internet reconnected, re-download AIM.
tcklebunni answered Saturday January 21 2006, 12:18 am: Uninstall AIM and then do a search for it and delete all extra files form AIm on your computer and then reinstall it and make sure you have good internet access! [ tcklebunni's advice column | Ask tcklebunni A Question ]

MissJessicaPaige answered Friday January 20 2006, 10:13 pm: Yeah, you'll need a cable cord to get you connected to the internet, you only have to download it once, unless you want newer versions that come out every now and then! :)
MikeDaBoobNinja answered Friday January 20 2006, 9:14 pm: That's an internet connection problem. Check your router if you use one, or your ethernet cable.
