Q: Okay my mom drives me insane!i'm 16 and she wont let me get a licence because she thinks im not mature enough yet.I'm pretty much on house arrest because im not aloud to GO ANYWHERE!im not aloud to go over friends houses and when i bring a friend home after they leave my dad says something he doesnt like about them.my parents are really strict italian-americans so ya lol they can be sooo non-understanding and i cant even talk to my mom because it goes in one ear and out the other.what can i do to get my parents to let me have a life and grow into a woman?

Show them that you are responsible. Do you chores, do what your asked, and be a good kid. Really, after a while they will realize that your all grown up and that you are responsible enough to have a license and stuff. Some parents never want to let go of their kids, like they love you so much they dont want you to leave them...Which is a really bad thing because once their kid is 18 they want to go like far, far away. So for now, be a good kid and see if that works! Other than that, I'm sorry your parents are like that. Since your mom doesnt listen, try your dad...talk to him about how you 16 and its time for him to let go. Dont start a fight with your parents about this, because that shows your immature. Instead talk to them like an adult. Be calm and stuff..so it shows you are a young adut and stuff. I hope I didnt confuse you, and sorry if this didnt help much! tell me what happens and if you want, ask another question!

Q: I have to sell these gold cards for a fund raiser at my school for us to go on a trip in may... and I sold 4 today but I still have to sell 6 more in order for my whole trip to be payed for and these things are kind of hard to sell b.c. they are $10 each..but they have 142 discounts in a 90 mile radius that u can use as many times up until 10.31.05... any ideas as to where i can go to sell them?

You can go around a neighborhood with a lot of old people. really, there nice and love when people come to visit them..even if the people want them to buy something. Go to people in their 50's, 60's, and stuff..or if you have a church you go to, sell there...or have family buy it! (cousins, aunts, uncles)

Q: Hey! Well my boyfriend had heard that he should break up with me and that I was gonna break up with him! :( and he trusted the other people. I had been stressed so he broke up with me! Then I told him I still liked him and then he asked me back out! And I said no just because I felt it wasnt right..I know we wouldnt go out forever well we had been going out for almost a month! But I am in 8th and he is in 7th grade! And I knew when I moved onto high school we would break up...Well I really like him still but I just dont know if I should go out with him or not because I am scared he will just believe all those other people again! And also I like being able to flirt with all these other guys because I only saw my ex every other day not including Saturday and Sunday! Man so I dont know if I should go out with the guy or move on..he is really sad now that we dont go out..he always talks about it and tries to make everything good again btu I am not sure thats what I need or want! I am in a tough desicion..When I am around other guys I wanna flrit and I feel liek is doesnt mattter cause I am never around my ex but that was when we went out! Okay, you said yourself that you dont want to be in a relationship with him and its fun flirting with other guys. So dont go out with him. Just because hes sad about not being with you, doesnt mean you HVAE to go out with him. Move on, theres plenty of other guys to like.and if you ever feel like you miss him..you'll be over it soon when this hott guy named billy joe bob talks to you or something. So anyway, move on...if you break up once you'll probably break up again.

Q: okay this might sound a little stupid...but i ahve a best friend and i love her with allll my heart but lately she;s been getting like tons of BF's and crap and this might sound a little stupid buutt i was feeling kind of jelous because she kind of "stole" the guy taht i REALLY like... and she knows i like him but she flirts with him ne ways... i've tried speaking to her about it but she just got into a fight about it (and i HATE fighting over boys!)the one thing that REALLY bothers me is taht she goes through guys like they dont even matter to her, and i know this might sound stupid but i think she;s trying to get with the guy i liek to amke me jelous....what should i do?!?! i;ve already tried talking to her but no matter what she doesnt give a damn!!..lol please help =(

Just tell her you dont like him anymore (lie!) and that your trying to find new guys to like. If she stops flirting with the guy you like then she just did it to make you jealous. But for now, say you dont like him and see what happens from there...

Well, their going out...and you cant do anything about it. Dont worry, you'll find a new girl to like soon! Just get your ex out of your mind and talk to other girls and stuff...pretty soon you'll find someone else to like! Think about any friends that are girls, or people you know that you might be open to start a relationship with or get to know better=)

Q: my mom is a alchoholic and has been in california for re-hab for 4 weeks.. how can i handle this..?

Well, just understand that your mom is really a great woman to actually go to rehab! Most people dont want to but the fact that she went is a good thing. She is not only doing this for herself, but for you and the rest of your family. I would just call her and check up on her...and see how things are going. Pretty soon she will be back! If you need to talk to someone im here!

Q: ok, i lettered in academics this year and im a freshman, but some people might think that it's geeky, but i really want a letter jacket! should i get 1 or wait?

Get one, who cares? You should be proud that you are a smart, intelligent person...people that call you "geeks" are immature. Go for it! and congrats!

Q: i want to loose 50 lbs by july, is this even a possibly? and if so what would i have to do? i am really willing to except eat " right " foods i am probably still gonna eat the same i LOVE food

50 lbs by July, yes. You cant eat the same foods though! Sorry sweetie you have to change your lifestyle of eating if you want to lose the weight long term. But what you can do is have some of your fav foods like once or twice a week. Cut your meals in half, and drink only water and diet pepsi. You will not lose weight by eating what you normally eat. The food you normally eat is what got you into wanting to lose 50 lbs!

Q: Background info: I am one of those people who are totally against fads. I speak my opinion and let others know that I'm not another copy!

A little more background: I saw an extremely cute shirt, an adorable skirt, and awesome pants at AE and A&F. I really want to buy them, but people might see me as a traitor or something.

My question for you to answer: What should I do if I want to buy clothes at stores that I am known to diss?

Well buy them and if anyone asks just be like "I know, I know..but their really cute!". Thats all you could do, and dont diss them anymore...

I think the minimum of age 13 would work! So yeah 13+

Well people do go through rough times, and sometimes they feel they cant handle it. Plus some people that commit suicide or think about it..are on pills or drugs or something. They feel that the only way to get out of their problems is to die. You may not understand it, and I dont either....but people do it. Sadly!

You need to talk to your friend about it. You need to say that you know that shes just trying to look out for you, but you like him and want to go out with him. When talking to her, dont start a fight..dont yell..just be calm! Talk about it and if she still refuses to talk to you if your going out with him, forget her. Shes not a real friend.
