weight problems i want to loose 50 lbs by july, is this even a possibly? and if so what would i have to do? i am really willing to except eat " right " foods i am probably still gonna eat the same i LOVE food

It's totally possibly! Well some ways to achieve your goal is to work out for an hour a day and cut out a picture in a magizine of someone who want to look like after you lost the weight. Best of Luck! You can do it! ]

It's possible, but it's not going to be easy. You will have to change both your activity levels and eating habits. You will have to loose a little more than two and half pounds a week. That's a little more than it's usually considered healthy to do.
Since your also not eager to change how you eat, I suggest you aim for loosing 25 lbs by July. Try to loose a pound and a half each week - that will give you a few pounds of leeway.
In order to loose 1.5 lbs a week you need to burn 750 more calories a day than you eat. You can probably do this by spending 2 hours a day exercising (at least half of which is spent doing aerobic exercise). It will probably be easier if you cut your calories by 400 - 500 and do an hour of exercise (with 30-45 min worth of aerobic exercise). Aerobic exercise is anything that gets you breathing fast and your heart pumping, but for calorie concerns I looked at running, swimming, jumping rope, step aerobics, and using a ski machine. You can find calories burned per hour for whatever exercises you prefer on the web. Make sure you stretch out first, and do a cool down afterwards. These don't count towards your exercise time though.

Losing weight doesn't always have to do w/ going on a diet or eating the wrong foods. It is also your genes, and if your recent family has overweight problems, then it might be hard but I think you should keep your head up and each day think "I can do this". You will succeed in life if you follow your dreams! ]
It is possible if you put your heart into it. You would have to loose 10lbs. a month. Eat less portions of food, fish, less carbs, salad, lots of water, exsercise, give yuor all during PE, run, fruits and veggies, balance your sweets to 1 a day or 1 every 2 days. Milk, fuits for breakfast. Veggies for dinner.

It is possible, but very difficult. You have to be really dedicated, which means eating right. If you still eat junk food while trying to lose weight, it won't work. Everytime you load up on chips or stuff your face with cake just picture yourself GAINING weight. Losing 50 pounds by July is a big goal, especially if you are only a little overweight. Try setting more short-term goals and lowering the amount of weight. Also, it's not all about losing weight. If you exercise you'll probably gain muscle, which weighs more than fat but is denser. So you can end up being the same weight but looking a lot skinnier. Also, don't worry so much about looking better as getting healthier. Good luck. Hope I helped!

I think its great that you want to get healthy and lose weight.And I defenatly think its possible to lose 50 lbs. by July,but only if your commited.Just make sure you stay healthy.Eat healthy food but in agreeable amounts,and excercise.It is possible.Ive seen it happen.I have an idea,that would work.Cut down to a 1200 calorie a day diet and work out atleast two hours a day.I promise,it will work.Good luck! ]
50 lbs by July, yes. You cant eat the same foods though! Sorry sweetie you have to change your lifestyle of eating if you want to lose the weight long term. But what you can do is have some of your fav foods like once or twice a week. Cut your meals in half, and drink only water and diet pepsi. You will not lose weight by eating what you normally eat. The food you normally eat is what got you into wanting to lose 50 lbs! ]
Ya you could do that if you really try i mean i counted and got around 41 lbs if you lose 2 pounds a week and that is the healthy way to do it.. Just eat healthy foods like when you get hungry for a snack stay aways from the fats and eat some fruits or veggies... well good luck and i hope you lose your weight you want too.... :) lots of love ]
Yes, it is possible to lose 50 pounds by July but you need to really committed when you do this because if you eat something unhealthy and not exercise, you can ruin your plan. To do this, you need to watch what you eat, eat healthy, drink lots of water, and exercise. Stay away from unhealthy food and sodas. Start running or jogging and do a lot of cardio activities like jump roping, kick boxing, taebo, etc. Since you love food, try to eat healthy and try not to eat that much. Go on a diet if you need to like a low carb and calorie diet. Hope I helped :)
