I have bitten my nails for as long as I can remember and now they are very short and small. I have tried absolutely every trick in the book to give up but I always give up and start biting again. I can't help it, I always set out with the willpower to give up but I'll get bored in a lesson and start to chew. My boyfriend and all my friends and family think it's disgusting and are always trying to get me to stop but I can't, what should I do? (link)

Buy some nasty stuff at the drug store to make your slef stop. Also have something in your hand to keep yourself busy. (a pencil, a ball, etc) Maybe you could do something where you reward yourself. Maybe say, "If I stop biting for a week, I'll have a sleepover with my best buds. Keep making new goals and rewards for yourself! Good luck!

Well, I wouldn't kill the baby, becuase that's really cruel. I have heard of kids who have been pregnant at 13. Maybe you could have your mom take care of the baby, or put it up for adoption. I'm sorry, I just think abortion is really cruel because you're killing someone. But no offense, you weren't so smart as to have sex so young. It's really irrisponsable.

Be honest on how you feel. Tell her if she's gonna be that way, it's time to let go. I used to have a friend like that at my old school. It does stink. one mintue she hates you around her "friends," then she loves you when they leave. UGH! Either hold on and work it out, or let go for a while.

It's totally normal. Before your period your hormones act crazy and they play little tricks on you. And tons of girls get cramps before their period. Don't worry hun, you're perfectly normal. :)

wut u could try is cutting the pill into little pieces and eating them wit yougurt or sumthing. But start small and go big

You are way way to young to ahve sex! That's crazy! If you don't know how to do it, you aren't ready hun. You'd save your self a lot if you'd save it for marriage, and if you've gona out 4 a year, it may seem long, but it's too soon. (and too young)

Love can be anything. You're in love when u can feel it in your heart. When u r around the person u love, u get a feeling in your stomach, and it's like u just wanna tell him. Love can let u know in many ways, just listen to yourself and follow your heart. And love is when two people care for each other and know about each other. they're always beside each other and always have open arms. Love is everything.

Well, i know this question gets asked a lot of times, but i really need help. i need it now too. i need to lose weight. i want to go on a strictly water and fruit and veggies diet. i run 15 mins a day on a tredmill, i do pilates 3 times a week. i need to lose 30 lbs by christmas... what else can i do ? Well, you could try doing crunches regularly (can't spell!) And of course eat right, maybe for fun you could invite a friend to run with you on the weekend. And it may be tempting to pig out on Halloween, but maybe a little chocolate would be ok as a special treat. Pull ups, sit ups, a game of tag with a sibling even. Just do what you can to get plenty of excersize, but be sure to play it safe.

Omg, I have the same thing and it SUCKS! Ask your mom if there's any really good face wash and use it in the day and night. It happens to a lot of kids. Ask your mom what she thinks, good luck!

Well I think it's sort of hard to say. Maybe he's realzing that he still has a little feeling for you deep down.; That happens sometimes, where a boy breaks up and then later he likes her again because he misses you. If he asks you out again, follow your heart. If you still like him go for it, but if you don't want to be hurt again, be friends.
