Well, i know this question gets asked a lot of times, but i really need help. i need it now too. i need to lose weight. i want to go on a strictly water and fruit and veggies diet. i run 15 mins a day on a tredmill, i do pilates 3 times a week. i need to lose 30 lbs by christmas... what else can i do ?

Well i am in football...when i go to work out i use weights and all but the real natural way is doing sit-ups,crunches, etc. but if you have no coach or anything then just tell your self you need it... try and not to get bored of it or tired...if you start feeling a small type of burn...THEN ur really working out and if your going to run than run for atleast 30 to 45 min's a day... Good Luck with your goal! Seriously! ]

Well, you could try doing crunches regularly (can't spell!) And of course eat right, maybe for fun you could invite a friend to run with you on the weekend. And it may be tempting to pig out on Halloween, but maybe a little chocolate would be ok as a special treat. Pull ups, sit ups, a game of tag with a sibling even. Just do what you can to get plenty of excersize, but be sure to play it safe. ]
try walking a little longer than 15 minutes try 20-30 it will help or maybe walk for 15 and then do a light jog for 5 minutes and then i think everything else your doing will be fine and dont skip meals ]
damn...well i lost 30lbs by exercising...and runiing 1 mile 3 times a week...and exercising and doing crunches and stuff...also i didnt eat much...basically u eat helthy food...like salads and fruits and stuff...basically dats it...dats all i did and i lost it...if u do dat i'm sure u will to..xoxo effy ]
You could do some sit ups or crunches if you need to lose weight around your stomach area! Everything else that you are gonna do on this diet looks fine to me!! Hope I helped :) ]
