My best friend and i never told lies to each other when we were younger but now were both 14 things seem like they changed she's constantly lying to my face and i can't figure out if she's telling the truth or not anymore.What should i do i mean we're both going to different high schools next year and i still want us to be friends...???

The same thing happened to me and my friend...but once i made a pact with her that we will only tell eachother the truth and tell eachother what we said about eachother recent or past... we have to tell eachother... so that we can have a line of trust open, and so maybe you guys can try the same thing...It really helped us out... we did it like 3 years ago and we are still friends with a really strong relationship! :-D

Hello! I am a 24 year old male in seek of a female. I really need help with what to do and how to do it becasue everyone thinks that it is impossible for me to get one after several attempts of people trying to help me. I really want someone that I am compatable with and that will make me happy...ect. Does anyone have any ideas? First of all... tell all those people that yo are WAAAY too old for them and that it would never work out. second of all.. Dont take advice from anyone but yourself and your heart. I think that maybe you should go to colleges around your area and find someone that way. or go to the mall... cuz you know... girls LOVE shopping. Or go to a bar or something... Chicks are usually at bars...and usually looking to! hmm... I dont know what else to tell ya... unless if this is the person that I think it is then I could tell you lots :-p

Basically any song is a story, you just have to find one that you really feel and that you think that you could put movement into... Hope I helped

everytime a boy tries to put his arm around me or something i pull away, im really self conscious about my body, do you think that could be the problem? what can i do that won't make me like just pull away or something?

Trust yourself. Dont think things like that. If a guy is putting his arm around you, Its for a reason. There is something about you that drwas him to you. Dont worry about it hun... Its all gravey.

Hey there...
I need a lottle help as to what to do in this kind of situation... I just found out not too long ago that a secret was being kept from me about one of my friends tryin to kill herself and how she ended up in the hospital and everything... and all of that jazz... and how 2 of my other friends "saved her" by calling the ambulance and stuff... Once i got to think about it.. I wondered what the hell her problem was and how she got all of the attention and stuff(and she did this by overdosing on IBprofun by the way) And i was sitting there getting mad b.c. i didnt think that she should have done anything like that. And i was mad b.c. I've been feeling really depressed lately and nobody understands me.. so i was thinking about doing the same thing... only with soma's (since my moms a drug addict and i can get that stuff) and i cry at night thinking about this and how i wish that ppl would see and it didnt have to go to an extreme like this.. what should i do?
p.s. my friends mom just died yesterday and so now im really worried about her

okay... wow this is a small world.. my friends mom died not too long ago as well! what ever you do... dont do it! Im sure that no matter how much you think about it and think that not enough people care.. there are..you just dont know it. And also... those people who do care about you, you'd be hurting them.. a whole lot. See, last night I put in my tampon at about 6:00. I wore it all night long and accidentally fell asleep with it in and wore it until 9:00 this morning. My stomach hurts a little but maybe that's because i got a little drunk last night? I dont know though, I'm scared because i've read so many things about Toxic Shock Syndrome. So what should i do? wow, If I didnt know any better I'd say that you were MY older sister... only shes overreactant and so i bet that ur not her...Anyway... Talk to her and ask her whats up.. tell her that you want to get more in on her life.. tell her flat out.. but not in a mean intimidating way. Ask her about stuff at school... no matter how long it takes talk to her... It'll all come out sooner or later. Believe me... My older sister did a lot of work with me on this one. Just get more involved with her any way that you can. And if u live close enough to her rather than on the other side of the country like mine does, then take her out somewhere.. forl ike a bite to eat or something or a walk. Build up trust with her so that she will feel comfortable enough to share her life with you... remember.. trust comes before anything! Hope I could Help!

Sure I can Help... Well.. I'll try my best to.. She is probably afraid of commitment.. and she is also probably stuck on this guy and is afraid of letting go of him becasue she thinks that there may still be a chance for them...and she may not want to miss it. But if u are understanding then you will wait for her for when he does hurt her(if he does) and welcome her with open arms! and If your not that attached to her then just let it burn... she wasnt worth it... really hope that I could help!

Well.. I think that you should honestly talk to her and see whats good. Talk to her and get to know her as a friend first and see if she is the kind of person that you would want to be with.
Plus.. dont be afraid of girls... cuz then you wont get anywhere from thinking like that. Just swallow your pride and try to talk to her..

My piano teacher just quit recentely and i am very sad. I have known him for a lot of years. He was great at piano and i liked how he teached. I just got another piano teacher. I like her but i really am sad that my piano teacher quit. What should i do?

aww hun... why did he quit? I say that you should try and get in touch with him and tell him that you miss him.. thank him for everything that he has done for you and tell him that you have grown and learned in a posotive way from him. one of my dreams has been to become a singer but my parents say that if i dont sing in like a talent show at my school then they wont sign me up for anything.. the talent show passed and i didnt try out because i had something else planned for the date that they made the talent show.. ok so ALL my friends tell me that im an amazing singer and stuff ( i dont want to sound concided ) but i dont think im terrible ! any ways.. how can i get my parents to let me go to auditions and signups and stuff.. what can i do to follow this dream ? .. thanks in advance- i rate! :-)

I auditioned for drama and I am only a townsperson. I was so confident cause all mi friends were like "you will get the best part". Were they lying to make me feel better?

Oh my goodness... Same thing happened to me... One of my friends who do this column(JR) Imed me and asked me if this column was mine! too funny! lol...Anyways... The same thing happened to me and so far... no matter how peeved I am that I didnt get the part that I wanted, I still go on with the show and remember that there will be another chance in the next show... so just wait it out. I find that sometimes being in the ensamble is better anyways... and no... I dont think that you're friends are lieing to you...all my friends say the same thing to me.. and they know how critical singing is to me... and so,,, when ever i get a feleing or thought that they are saying it just to say it... then i say what ever... and just pretend like I am an awesome singer abd what not... or just pretend like I like my own singing and I know that I am a good singer... And also.. parts in the play are not only based on your singing... They are based on how well the director thinks that you can hold your part and if you are right for that certain part... I found that out the hard way... by the way... what play are you doing?

I don't know who I need to talk to about this. I'm just looking for someone to try and help me make sense of my situation. See, I've always dreamed of being famous. Being an actress or singer and making millions. Being as popular as Britney Spears was and all that. But, the problem is I like in a small town and inside, I know that it is so unlikely I am going to ever have the chance to be famous. I;m in local plays and musicals, but I get small roles. I don't have a good singing voice either. But, every day I dream and think about this. Does everybody want to be famous ? Or do you think i should pursue this dream, that i think about this a lot for a reason? help!

OH MY GOD YOU AE LIKE MY SOUL MATE!!! the same exact thing is happening to me. I am dreaming of making it big.. Not like britney spears big cuz i dont like her much.. But big enough to get out of this town and situation... I say that you do just what I am doing.. I say that you keep doing what you;re doing.. and if this is something that you obcess over day in and day out like I do.. Then TOTALLY go for it. Keep doing what you are doing and even though it may seem like forever.. im sure that sometime something will happen and Give you an oprotunity to shine!

Well My best guess would be for you to stop him next time you see him and somehow engage in conversation... Like stop and ask him for the time or something.. you know.. something small. This may take a few times to get his full attention.. but hey! if you're as in love with him as you say you are then GO FOR IT GIRL!
