There is this girl at school and she really liked me. when i finally ask her out she says no and gives me an excuse. she claims that she still likes me but hangs around another guy. Her best friend says that she will be hurt by that guy and will come back to me. I am confused. Can u help me?

Sure I can Help... Well.. I'll try my best to.. She is probably afraid of commitment.. and she is also probably stuck on this guy and is afraid of letting go of him becasue she thinks that there may still be a chance for them...and she may not want to miss it. But if u are understanding then you will wait for her for when he does hurt her(if he does) and welcome her with open arms! and If your not that attached to her then just let it burn... she wasnt worth it... really hope that I could help!
