My boyfriend's brother's funeral was today and after it was all over with he wanted to go to Astroworld (an amusment park). I thought it was totally unappropriate because I thought he should have been with his family. But, I went anyways, for him. His brother had committed suicide and my bf never had any room in his life for suicide. Still though, it was his brother, ya know? Do you guys think that it was weird that he wanted to go there after his brother's funeral? (link)

ok there is this guy. i talk to him on the phone every night. i really like him and i know he likes me too cause he said it to me on the phone yesterday. i had a secret i wanted to tell him which was that i liked him. he was trying to get the secret out of me for days. and everytime he would always say "you only have one life to live, so live it to the best," cause he didnt want me to be afraid of telling him the secret. so i told him and hes like, "well i like you too...where do we go from here?" and i said i dont know and there was silence for about 4 seconds lol. then he kinda chnaged the subject and after a while his mom was yelling at him to get off so we had to hang up. i can't help thinking about that "one life to live" thing though. should i ask him out? the only problem is that he isn't really allowd to talk to girls. he told me that if his mom answered then to pretend that he had the wrong number or just pretend to be a guy lol. but if his dad answered then it was ok. so i dont really know what to do. does this mean he won't ask me out? i really really really like him and i really want to go out on a date with him. what do you think, should i ask him out or wait until he asks me? Yes, I think that it is okay. It is a really fun thing to do with your friends. I'm seventeen and this year I'm going with a group of friends, I don't go every year, but I can't wait to do it this year.
Many people at my high school still trick or treat. And now that your older, you can stay out late and hang out with your friends after you go.

I would recommend getting another kind of headphone. Earbuds have a bad quality of music, anyway. If you really want them, you can buy the ones that come with the clips that go around your ear, so they will hook on and not fall out.

Well, I spend the night with male friends a lot and -nothing- happens. If any of their girlfriends tried to stop this, I'd be pissed at it. I mean, it is one thing to be wary, but you should trust him. If he is the womanizing-flirty type, then sure, it is a bad idea. But, then again, why would you want to be with a guy like that anyway?

My question is that I have that rare skin that is called Chicken Skin. It when your skin has little bumps all over your body they are kind of noticeable. Well I was wondering if anyone has this kind of skin and how do they deal with people constantly staring at you like you are a freak or something. Is there any way of getting rid of this kind of skin condition so that I can have normal skin like everyones and not feel like a freak. I don't like to wear T Shirts or anything that will should my skin. I did once in high school and this one guy made me cry in class because he was staring at me and poking me and talking loud in class so everyone would want to look. Ever since then I have been scared to wear T Shirts again because I don't want history to repeat itself. What should I do to over come my problem? But most of all I just would like to have normal skin so I wouldn't have to worry about this anymore. (link)

I used to be friends with someone who has this condition, and when I was younger I had it in certain areas (although not that pronounced). Anyway, if you see a dermatologist, they will recommend a cream or something you can use to help clear it up. You won't notice anything overnight, but that will help if you give it some time.

Although I'm not a doctor, that sounds like what strep/sore throats feel like. It could possibly be something like bronchitis or pneumonia, especially if it also hurts around your chest. I mean, it -could- be a form of STD, but from what you told me, it seems just like an isolated incident.

In most cases, it is a few days. If the person was murdered or something of that sort, it is longer, especially if they do not know who the murderer was (or can not identify the dead body.)

Try making plans to see her more often. Invite her places and things like that. If that doesn't work, you have to realize that friends drift apart. Even if you try your hardest to keep this from happening, it will happen. It is part of life, and the best thing to do is not to live in the past and just move on.

This kind of thing has happened to me many times.
Just ignore them and move on with your life. If they start saying shit about you, be able to retort their insults back. Don't take their shit. And you should also find new friends. Better ones. Even if that might be hard, it is better to have no close friends than to have backstabbing ones. Eventually, you will meet someone.

okay well like my friend (lets call her Kelly), well i though kelly was my best friend, and she was for a few years, but she knew other people in this other town and started hanging out there ALL the time and met this girl (lets call her linda) and linda and kelly became like BEST FRIENDS .. and now kelly barely like wants to hang out with me and like when i ask kelly to hang out she avoids the subject and then a day later i find out she avoided the subject cuz she already had plans with linda.
but sometimes i ask her to hang out first before she has any plans but then linda asks her to hang out AFTER i asked her and she said to me .. "sorry i cant go" and she hung out wit linda.
and now i have no plans for halloween this year cuz i got in a fight with my other bestfriend and now kelly is spending halloween with linda.

Yes, this tends to happen a lot. Some people will just naturally be closer than others, especially if the group is big. I've had times where I wasn't invited to places, and every Friday night I have a few people over (and our whole group isn't always invited). So yeah, it is natural. The only reason why this would be shady is if they -never- invite you anywhere and/or if you get a bad vibe from them, like they are planning something out.
