say it was 3 thin layers of clothing. it depends on what you have in your coffee. if you put creamer and sugar than you will probably gain weight but you wont gain anything if you just excercise and work it off. because you can gain weight from anything basically

well, theres this one chick. and shes hot. but thats besides the point. i like her and i THINK she likes me, but she doesn't want to date. she told me some crap about how shes bad with relationships and she wanted to be fwb. well if you guys are friends with benefits and she's being protective and you like her and she might like you it sounds pretty much like a relationship to me, except without the title of "boyfriend" "girlfriend". have a long talk with her about what she wants and what you want and maybe you can come to an agreement or find out there is more to her than what she is telling you. don't try to push anything out of her though. if she seems like shes going to tell you a reason for something than listen instead of throwing out more questions. the more questinos you ask the less answers you are going to get because if you ask too many questions she'll think your just trying to get stuff out of her and she won't want to be talking to you just because you want to know stuff. she wants you to care.

I really want to loose weight.
But i cant be motivated.
I dont know how. i mean i have pictures of hott guys on my walls, but no room for really pretty girls with nice bodys. And adding them onto my wall would make me feel bad.
I have all the stuff needed to workout, or atleast most of the stuff. I have a treadmil,one of those hudge balls, and a workout mat. I have a 10 minute denise austin workout DVD. And i have this DVD of the girl Michael Gillian who one "the biggest loser"(tv show), which is maybe an hour. And we have no Junk food in my house whatsoever..
But I have a problem with working out..
My mom cooks dinner at 5:00 and your suppose to wait about 3 hours before you work out after eating (right?). That mean Id have to work out at 8:00ish, but i sleep need to go to sleep at 9:00 to get a good amount of sleep, and your not suppose to workout and then go to sleep are you?
So yea, i need help./

people are suposed to move, thats why we are made the way we are. if we weren't then we would be blobs of jelly. so, i find myself ignoring any rules about working out. work out when you feel like it or when you have time. i know the physicists say differently but if you want to work out you have to be in the mood to work out, otherwise you are just fitting it in when you can. if you want to work out and you do then you will enjoy it more and it will benefit you more.
ive never heard about waiting 3 hours before you work out after eating or anything like that. just do it when you want to.

this may seem like a dumb question but i heard someone talking about it.
lets say you use a public bathroom & you're a girl. if there's sperm anywhere near the toilet, on the seat, in the toilet itself, is it possible to get pregnant?? if you were juss using the bathroom??

no, it's impossible. sperm do not live outside of the body for very long, im not sure how long, they may even die instantly. you can only get pregnant by having sex.

I'm not sure if I have a bunch of little zits or a rash (possibly caused by new shampoo that I just bought about 1 week ago). It's near where my hair lays by my face. The "zits" are all grouped together. If anyone can help I will rate 5's.

It is most likely that your breaking out and not a rash, your hair has natural oils in it to keep it shiny and healthy and when it comes in contact with your skin it can cause you to get zits. use facial scrub, and any other kinds of acne creams around the areas near your hair and you should be fine

Ok im 13 and im in 8th grade..and im already tired of school. Ok? Like i have a lot of friends i just dont like people and all the drama with my friends so it takes all of me to get up in the morning and go to school. Then like the teachers are ok and all but they just put too much pressure on me and i teach myself better than they teach me. So i want to be homeschooled for highschool...my sister said she would do it i mean she works at home anyway. But my dad doesnt think its such a very good idea because then i may not get into a good college but i dont know if i want to go to college...i really desperately need help.. should i stick it out and try for college or just be homeschooled what would you do? Also im pretty much inlove with this guy actually im fully inlove with this guy and we have our whole lives planned together. So we want to get married as soon as I graduate because he's joining the marines and like thats another thing... i was gonna live on base with him... so i dont kno what to do. I dont know if i want college and i dont know if i was to be homeschooled... i'm really thinking about it but then like i dont kno im just so confused can anyone help??

i think you should stick out the rest of highschool. its the best years of school of your life. it doesn't matter who you are. and that way, if something horrible were to happen with you and that guy then you would still be able to support yourself. i know its tough now, but it WILL get better, trust me. you just have to keep thinking positive and do whatever it takes. you'll find you are very happy with the decision you made later on.

basically anything skintamate. i love all of the scents, you can't go wrong. and for lotion, i would use sweet pea body lotion from bath and body works, because it really works and the smell makes you smell clean and refreshed =P

you should flirt alot with him, i mean ALOT, make it obvious yet subtle that you like him by always throwing a curve in by once in a while making it seem like you don't like him. but don't make it harsh. make it like a joke. it will keep him guessing and mystery always gets a guys attention. when you are ready you should let him know that you truelly like him and that you've made a mistake but you hope he forgives you.

My best (girl) friends keep bugging me to ask out this guy who is my friend also. the best way to handle this situation is to tell them whats going on in your head. tell them that you will ask him when you are ready and that you like the friendship you already have with him. tell them that you can take care of it and you'll give them all the details when something happens. that way they still feel like they are a part of it.

first, i would see if he will tell you wether or not he feels the same. if he gives you a distinct impression that he does, in fact, have feelings for you then you should let him know but do it in a cute way so he will be attracted even more =P

so i tried out for my first musical, actually my first anything, and i found out from some people that i was not a good singer at all. i think it was cause i was really nervous but i mostly think its just cause i dont sing good.well i always wnated to get a careerer in acting and theater like that. i just want advice/ your opinions about if i could still pursue my dream to be famous in theater even if i do sing horribly. because that same friend told me that i was amazing at acting. thanks! you should try out some vocal lessons and see what the teacher says. ask them if they think you have potential and if they think you will be a better singer by taking classes. i took classes for half a school year once and i saw an improvement.

most colleges focuse on your grades in highschool. it depends on your grade but if you do well the rest of your highschool career you should be just fine. but you should still try your best. as long as you have a good work ethic and you are serious about your grades, they should reflect that.
