No, but its bad for your heart if you drink too much and can cause headaches. It shouldn't cause weight gain or loss.

Black unsweetened coffee has virtually no calories (the same goes for tea). Cream and sugar add a lot of calories, depending on how much you use.

The caffeine in coffee is a stimulant, which will give you more energy and might help you to lose a little more weight. But if you want to lose weight (or gain it), it's a much better idea to talk to your doctor and get some solid information that's tailored for your health needs.

Good luck!

In most coffees there isn't any fat. Number of calories also vary depending on the type of coffee. Really it depends on what you put into your coffee. If you add in a lot of cream and sugar remember that they have a large calorie content. And whipped cream may be yummy, but it is no way to go when you are talking about health and what is good for you. Hope I helped!

it depends on what you have in your coffee. if you put creamer and sugar than you will probably gain weight but you wont gain anything if you just excercise and work it off. because you can gain weight from anything basically

There is no fat in most coffee (I don't know about calories, though). Its really what you put into your coffee. Cream and sugar can add a LOT of excess fat and calorie content, you may want to google it. Remember that coffee is like anything else, it will give you the energy to function, but if you don't use up the energy (exercise) then the excess will be stored as fat. I'm no coffee expert, so you may want to google it.
