You dont have to talk about anything. After sex you should be tired enough that talking isnt really what your thinking about it.
If your guy is into cuddling you can always do that.

Hi. I have a problem with guys. They just don't want to seem to date me or even hang out with me. I have never had a boyfriend, a kiss, a hug, or even held hands with a guy that I am not related to. I am now a freshman in college. I have been told I am cute/pretty/hott, I have a good figure, and my personality is great. I've known Joe for about 5 years now. He is like my best guy friend. I can tell him anything and trust him with my life which I can't do with many people. I've always had a crush on him. When I find another guy, I always seem to think about him. Sometimes the things he does and how he acts towards me makes me think he likes me more than a friend but I don't know.

Sounds to me like you already know he likes you, and you know you like him. Now the hard part is, is your crush worth risking your friendship over? He's been your bestfriend for a long time, and you said it yourself, he's the only Guy who seems to genuinely care about you. If you feel like you need to talk to him about how you feel, then go for it! Just be aware that you are risking making everything awkward.
