okay, well i'm a 14/f and i hate my thighs cuz they're pretty fat *im a size 9* i've tried eating right, i usually run 2.8 miles 2-3 times a week, i play sports almost everynight and i do thigh excercises in bed..nothings working...does anyone know of any really good excercises i could do to slim down the tops of my thighs? thanks, and i will rate all advice.
exercises are only have of it. you can eat carns but just don't eat simple carbs(like whole wheat bread instead of white bread..etc) and don't eat simple sugars (fruit instead of a twinkie) also watch how much you eat. don't ever stuff yourself..just eat until your full. Eat slowly also. Don't eat 2 hrs b4 you go to bed.

hey, if you have cut yourself on the arm really deep 3 times and your parents found out so you cant do it again, you do on your chest a couple of times because you really need to but it was only a couple of times and you feel like your gonna die if you feel relieved after does it mean ill end up killing myself? is it a major thing? like do i have serious problem here? ive only done it a couple of times but i cant control myself not when i feel like i really need to. help? please? anyone?
alot of ppl have this problem and it can lead to attempts of killing yourself but not usually. I would seek a school counsler or a friends mom that you trust and talk to them about it. also get some fitted rubber bands (tight but not so tight they're cutting over you ciculation) and put them on your wrist and everytime you feel the need to cut just pull one of those and pop yourself with it over and over until you feel your need to cut go away.

Alrite I need some help. Basically here's how it goes. My bestguy friend and me are very very close. We hang out like everyday cause we are practically neighbors. And I've known him 4ever. Alrite so lately I notice that he has been like touching me & my bestfriend alot. I'm just like you. set your alarm clock til like 7:00 in the morn and don't take naps during the day and then after doig that at least for a few days you'll get to where you want to go to bed earlier

The thing is, im a guy 15 and i really have a nak for getting gay guys to like me and having girls think im gay. im not gay and i dont come off as gay..i think, but i try to be a generaly nice guy is there any reason why a person would think another person is gay.
pick a certain girl you like and make it obvious that you like her. Don't make yourself look perfect all the time..only gay guys look perfect all the time. Don't act girly at all. hang out with regular guys too.

doing all the excercises ive seen on here no one has said how long it takes to get a 6 pack, sooo. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A 6 PACK! im male/15 thats fairly slim.
you need to replace your carbs witrh protein and work out for about 45 min daily. make sure you spend at least 15 min on your abs. stay active and don't eat simple sugars and simple carbs(not muscle food at all). Like for example with your sandwitch eat peanuts instead of chips, etc. if you work hard i'd say prolly about 2 weeks!
