If you don't want to do all the excercises, I suggest you do alot of sports. Sports really helps you get a 6pack. Swimming is probably the best workout for your abs, but football is good too. Sometimes it comes naturally, but sometimes you have to work. If you do alot of excercises it takes about 3 months. If you do alot of sports, maybe 6 weeks. Good luck!

Well it depends on what you eat and how much you work out, if you eat healthy and cut the carbs, it might be sooner. but if you have a fast metabolism...That's different. Just keep doin those sit ups and crunchers.. Also that helps sit in front of the television at home in your room or something...Lay on your back, then pull your chest with your neck up to where it burns then pull up your legs so that your neck and chest with your legs form a V..hold that until you reach a comercial.. that really helps and it burns..but if it isnt working, lower your chest until you feel more burning. Do this in reps.

Best wishes!

you need to replace your carbs witrh protein and work out for about 45 min daily. make sure you spend at least 15 min on your abs. stay active and don't eat simple sugars and simple carbs(not muscle food at all). Like for example with your sandwitch eat peanuts instead of chips, etc. if you work hard i'd say prolly about 2 weeks!

Well if you want a real 6 pack it takes about 3 or 4 months or maybe 5 if you work at it everyday. If you dont work at it..it will take alot longer.
