Q: My parents are thinking about letting me get the Gardasil shot to prevent cervical cancer, for my health. But I was wondering where they give the injection? Is it on your arm or what? It's kind of a dumb question but the form we got about Gardasil made me think that I would get it somewhere else and i wasn't sure. Please let me know.

Well I'm not going to lie, I've had all three shots, they give the Gardasil Injection in your arm, myself, it didn't hurt..it may other people though.

Well, first & foremost, he probably feels rejected.
Try calling him, & leave him a voicemail, not too many though, you don't want to seem like a freak.
Tell him what happened, after you had sex, you didnt know how to react, have it planned out what your going to say.
If you really care for this guy, tell him.

Ohh no.
I've tried that, you get razr burn bad!!!
& little red bumps, & if you shave too fast & too often you may cut yourself...painful!
When you do shave tho, make sure u soak in water to let the hairs loosen & not be so rough, then when you shave, lather with soap.
Don't do anything you don't want to.

Well, seeing its your first time, I highly doubt you would want to be on top.
I was on bottom my first time, it didnt hurt me at all.
Just have the guy to finger you, & use alot of lubricant, along with the condom.

I'm in tenth grade, & I was a cutter in seventh, and eighth grade. Well, school was way stressful for the past three weeks. Nothing is going right.

So tonight, I cut myself. But I was smart enough to do it where no one can see. I don't know what to do about it. I have SO many people at school that love me, and care for me. I bond with teachers so easy, and I even text/call some of them every once n a while. I feel so bad for doing this, I loved my life over summer, and BAM it turns into complete cahos.

I wanna talk to my favorite teacher, and be like "I need help from YOU (I trust this lady with my LIFE.) but the problem is, she has to report me, and I'm not going through that again.

So after all, my question would be, should I talk to this teacher, and take the chance of being reported on, or should I keep acting fine & happy until this all blows over.

Sophmore year really isn't what I wanted it to be like. It's very hard & idnn. I just need someone to talk to, butnot family & friends are not an opition to talk to about this.

Well, of course!
If you trust this teacher with your life, you should talk to them.
You don't need to cut yourself.
It is possible that you may cut a major vein, and bleed to death.
Talk to this teacher, cutting doesn't resolve anything.

Q: Hi! I just got my homecoming dress, and it's absolutely gorgeous!! However, it is very sparkly. When trying it on for my dad at home, there was a thick layer of sparkles trailing behind me. Is there anyway to make the sparkles/glitter to stay on the dress and off of my date and friends without ruining the dress??

For my sisters prom, she used hairspray.
It didnt hurt her dress at all.
Sure, sparkles still fell off, but not that many.

Q: One of my friends in 6th grade, when he lived in Texas, said he faked a sickness which I forget and he skipped a whole school year and was home schooled. Don't really know how true it was though, but It was a contagious sickness of some kind...

Before you start your period the vagina's real dry. Therefore, it may cause a rash, or harsh pains.
If she's worried about her period coming on, just tell her to wear a pad, or panty liner.

Q: my boyfriend's little sister had lice, and he had it, but got rid of it. he came over my house yesterday when he didn't have it, and now he has it again today, when were supposed to hang out. were still hanging out because he's putting vinigar in his hair, and stuff. is there a possibility that i could have it reallllly bad? or even get it at all. i used a lice shampoo once i found out he had it, but i havent used it since.

I wouldn't worry too much about it.
But just for precaution I would go to the local drug store, and buy a lice kit.
They dont cost much.

Q: i am 14 (i turn 15 next month) and i just got my period this year. i always used pads but recently i have been using tampax pearl regular tampons. i have three questions:

1. is it normal to feel discomfort while inserting a tampon? i.e. a tiny bit of dull pain.

2. is it normal to feel discomfort while removing a tampon?

3. would it hurt if i used super plus tampons since i just started (and have only used) regular sized tampons?

1. It is normal your first few times to feel discomfort while inserting tampons, and wearing them. This is an idication to reduce the size, and use slender, or regular.

2. At the end of your period it is normal to feel discomfort while removing a tampon because your very dry. Or atleast this happens to me.

3.I wouldn't recommend using super plus. If your worried that your going to leak through just wear a pad or panty liner while wearing a tampon. Since your just starting to use tampons I'd go for regular and if their discomfort, use slender.

While inserting prop one leg on the toilet seat, giving room to insert your tampon.
