Q: ok i'm 14 and i'm 5'4", what's a good weight range?
do not go to am-i-fat.com. There are tons of ways to determine your weight, you may have more muscle, you may have bigger bones..am-i-fat is a very stupid site. Normal ly people who are 5'4 are around 110-145! But, of course...everyone is different! i am 5'4 and 143 lbs but I dont look fat at all! (look at my pic on my column)

Q: hey um... iwas wonderin when signing yearbooks comes around i dont want to just sign my name i want to write something sweet and funny something that the person will remember me by do u have any good suggestions cause i cant think of any thnx bunches ur da bomb hehe
Just write like "Hey, I hope you have fun this summer!.." And write like inside jokes like "remember in first period..." blah blah blah. Write down the good times you had with that person that year! Ur the bomb too! ;)

Q: i say what you said to that one girl about a carb diet,

what kinda foods has the most carbs? and what kind food do you eat? like what has the littest carbs?
Most carbs: Bread, Rice, pasta, potatoes, chips, all junk food, sodas, fruits, juices. What you DO eat is nuts, meat, lettuce...like basically its an all meat diet..like lettuce around meat, lettuce around turkey, chicken wings, stuff like that...chicken salad...dont get any low carb bread, bars, or ice cream until after the first two weeks. I suggest going to www.lowcarbcafe.com...that has recipies, and info all about low carbing!

Q: Ugh!(this may be long, sorry.) I don't even know where to start. My friend of like 6 years(which was like ever since I moved here in 2nd grade) barely even ackoledegs that fact that we're friends anymore. And it's been pretty much since I moved into my house and switched to her school. Okay, so every morning we can hang out in any home room we want and she always hangs out in mine. When I was new there she never even came to my locker she was more concerned about hanging around her other friends locker n she didn't even approach me or anything ever in home room. I had to go up to her which I personally thought was rude cause I didn’t know ANY of her friends. She didn't even introduce me to anyone. She was the one who even encouraged me to switch schools ! So, why wouldn't she want me there? And like on the computer, I use to always be in her profile as her best friend. Now I'm not in there as ANYTHING. It's her two OTHER best friends. And I'm fine with her having other best friends or what ever but I guess I'm jealous? because its always been me n her and yeah we have had other GOOD friends but we were each others only best friends. you know what I mean? and now I'm not there at all. "Gabby & Ali" And even in gabby and Ali's profile she’s there as their best friend ever. And she would always have her own opinion on something with me. But like for example, i thought in this show this one guy was hot n she didn't think he was hot so she said that. Now Gabby thought he was like REALLY hot so now my supposid best friend changes her opinion on that one. Ugh. there so much more but I don't want to babble. I just don't kno what to do because it seems like I'm pretty much losing her. I've thought about talking to her but she's the type that like, doesn't like to deal with dramatic situations + what am I any loss to her? She does have her new best friends . what can I do ..
Sorry I didn't answer fast enough, I had church. Okay, well I think she likes you and all, I mean your a good friend...but...when it comes to you beingat her school, its different. She might be embarassed to have you as a friend. So I guess you could say shes trying to save herself from looking bad. You know? Which is not a friend, a friend would love you no matter what and not care what other friends think about you. So forget her, if shes not willing to be seen with you in public and stuff..its not worth it. You are a great person and will find other friends fast!

About the diet?? Umm okay here it goes...i suggest getting the book atkins or southbeach...cuz without it you will be lost.

But yeah here lemme/copy paste what I answered to the other girl: You have heard of many low carb diets: Atkins, South Beach, The Zone. Whatever. You probably have mostly heard bad things, but its actually good for you. You cant listen to what people say about low carb, because they dont know what their talking about. Doctors have even asked their patients to go on low carb, have gone low carb themselves, and say its an okay thing to do! So no matter what anyone says, tell them its none of their buisness. First, let me tell you how this works. When you normally eat.. your body burns off the carbs first, THEN the fat. So when the carbs are burned, next is fat..but your body has burned enough so it just stores the fat. You see? So when you see "Low-fat" anywhere..it doesnt really matter. Its just a way of tricking people to buy their products. So by low carbing, you limit your carbs and eat fat. That way, your body gets rid of the small carbs and starts working on the fat! Now, most people when reading or hearing about the low carb diet are scared because they say they cant live with brownies, pasta, bread, potatoes, rice, etc. But millions have done it. Sure, the first few days might be hard..maybe even weeks. But after 2 weeks the cravings will be gone. If you survive the first two weeks, you can survive the rest of your diet. What you CANT eat: Junk food, Bread, Rice, Pasta, Potatoes, Soda, Juice, fruits, nuts.. Now your thinking, well what the heck AM i gonna eat? Eggs, Meat (Chicken, turkey, ham, burger meat, etc.), Lettuce, Cream Cheese, anything low carb! Look for foods that are HIGH in protien/fat, and possibly have fiber, and LOW in carbs. Low carb should be around 1,2,3,4 grams per serving. (meat has low carbs). Believe it or not, you do have millions of choices when eating low carb. You can look up recipes on google just by searching "low carb",,,this diet doesnt have to be boring! You have heard of the low carb ice creams, bars, and other stuff. But you CANNOT have ANY of that stuff until 2 weeks have gone by. Your 2 weeks will be the "strict phase"...where you are really pushing toward low carb and limiting yourself to 25 carbs a day. (You can do it). A great thing about it, is you DONT have to exercise! WOW! Awesome huh? I HIGHLY reccomend getting the book Atkins or South Beach (I would get it for free at the library) this will very much help you on your road to success! You dont get anything. Well, you could get Herpes so make sure you know the guy and ask him if he has any STD's. If he doesnt, then you can do whatever. But if he does, stay away from him or you'll get it too.

Q: Im looking for a coushy job. I want something pretty consistant and that doesnt require a whole lot hard labor. I want something simple.. Im not in dire need of money at the moment. I would just like something simple. Any ideas?
Bagger at a grocery store? I mean, all you do is put items in bags and hand them to the customer...I think thats pretty easy. Or babysitting a little baby not like 1 or 2 years that'll be a lot of work, but maybe like 5 months old. I mean all you have to do is feed it and make it go to sleep. And you'll be good:D Sorry if I didnt help much!

A good diet for you to lose stomach weight first, and then leg weight would definatley be the low carb diet. if your intrested, leave another one in my inbox!

Q: May 1st I'm going to have to wear a white dress for this really REALLY important thing of my entire life. I've been eatting like a pig beause... I guess its anxiety. Well I want to loose weight. Also, avoid the things that make me gain weight. I was thinking of diet pills but I hear they are REALY bad for you. Anyway, any tips to loose as many weight as I can in less than 2 months? Im not exactly looking for permenant diet plan just... an emergency one. Maybe if I only ate a certain amount of calories... or didn't eat or drink nothing but water... or... did a certain excersice. Low carb! Lose 7 lbs(at least) to 13 lbs in one week! Then 2-3 lbs a week after that. I'm on it and have been for a month..I lost about 12 lbs and I'm gonna keep going. Q: I asked one of my close guy friends to prom. he said he doesn't know if he wants to go because he said he can't dance. he also said that dances aren't for him but he said he would think about it. how can i persuade him to take me to the prom?!
Be like, "I can teach you". You can just set up a day where your at his house or vice-versa and just teach him how to slow dance, and regular dance! I know it might be weird putting some music on and dancing...but yeah most people that dont dance, usally practice before prom! So yeah, just practice once and he'll be fine! :D

Just tell her how you feel, tell her you like her now! If you tell her..she'll think about wanting to become more than friends with you! So yeah, maybe it wont happen...but if you get her thinking, maybe something will happen!

Q: can over charging your ipod (mini) hurt it? because lately my battery will say its out..but i reset it and its full again or something like that. does anyone know why?
Try it every other day, maybe that will work! Yeah over-charging any battery is bad! So try every other day and see what happens.

Q: about three months ago my ex-boyfriend died. i broke up with him b4 he got sick or i knew he was sick. after his death i had feelings of guilt. i thought his funeral would help he seek closure but it only made it worse. now all i can ever think about is how unfair it is. sometimes i have nightmares about him hating me. i used to go to a therapist before his death for other issues but and i didnt really like it b/c i never got any advice or anything. but sometimes the nightmares are too much to take and all i want to do is cry. and sometimes i cant cry hard enough to make the pain stop. and all the things ppl say like "hes in a better place" doesnt change the fact that hes dead. does anyone know how to deal with death?
Death is a very hard thing to go through. And honestly, you will never get over it. But you dont want to, you want to remember him right? You need to remember the good times, the memorys..and not so much focus on his death but on his life. His good life, with friends and family. You need support and cant go through this alone. You need to have support from your family, his family, and his friends. You need to talk about him, talk about the good times..look at photo albums with his family...this will hopefully work for you. So focus on his life, and I am sorry about his passing! I will pray for you!
