Karen answered Thursday March 3 2005, 5:19 pm: Yes, overcharging your Ipod will hurt it's battery and this happens to any other electronic. Charging your Ipod every night is long and you should try charging it once you get home and then take it out when you go to bed so you can actually see your Ipod being charged.

azngemini answered Thursday March 3 2005, 5:16 pm: i have an ipod mini too, it's greeeeeen, but I usually just plug it in to charge it after i get home, n i pull it out of the recharger b4 i go to bed, soo I usually recharge it for like 7 hours or more. i'm not sure if overchargin it will harm it, because I dont try to overcharge it, but my brother said that it really does harm your ipod. he's had an ipod for like 3 years, and
he knows a lot about computers and electronics, soo he might be right. sooo overcharging your ipod will probably hurt it, but i'm not completely sure [ azngemini's advice column | Ask azngemini A Question ]

ImHere4u answered Thursday March 3 2005, 5:06 pm: I don't actually have one and the reason I didn't get it for that reason. There's like a 1-3 year warinty. Something lyke that so it you haven't had it for long I woudl take it back and compain. Because it's a chargeable battery, it will eventually wear out and you'll have to constinally recharge it over and over. But lyke i said befor, it you haven't had it for long I would compin.
Sherry answered Thursday March 3 2005, 5:03 pm: Try it every other day, maybe that will work! Yeah over-charging any battery is bad! So try every other day and see what happens. [ Sherry's advice column | Ask Sherry A Question ]
