i think including personal experiences helps..but you should keep it short and not write a whole page on your experience, you know what im sayin?
good tips on giving advice
the biggest one i would say is try and understand that even if they are asking about something your totally against or whatever, you should put in your view, and also give them other options even if its not somethin you would do. (i would tell them what I WOULD DO as well as give them other ideas)
so sometimes covering two points of views helps
if your not sure on the subject, research it online and give them info from what you found

"do you like it like this? " if he wants you to go harder or faster he will let you know!

this is really sweet...you can do a lot of stuff to show how much you care.. litle things like:
-baking him something and writing on the cake "welcome back" or "i love you" or something
-put together a photo album of you two
-make a video of you saying sweet things about him..or something..then when he gets back invite him over, pop in the video, along with that give him the cake you made him
- make a card ..maybe include a poem that shows how you feel about him
-take him out somewhere

well you have some options here
- get a friend of yours and his to kind of nudge him along..tell him he should kiss you already

- tell your friends ahead of time when you play truth or dare to dare him to kiss you (i dont know if you would like that idea or if you want it to be special )

consider going for lessons..near me there is a place called Pro Prospects where you can get individual lessons and stuff.

first concentrate on accuracy and not worry about speed. if you dont have accuracy and you have speed, theres no point becausse you wont be pitching strikes. so practice practice practice until yoou become more accurate..keep your arm stretched and warm..
