Of course you can wear a tampon. That's why they were created. There should be directions inside the box the tampons come in. I, personally, recommend Tampax Pearl. <3Beth

its a personal choice..you can just wear pads..just wear tampons..or wear a mixture of both. however, some girls like to wear pads at night..they dont like leaving a tampon in all night.

you can wear a tampon! just push the tampon up into your uturis, its almost like someone fingering you, <i>only not</i> lol, good luck dear

Well since you've never used one you should get junior or light sizes..it's good to start out with small ones....now the easiest way to put one in is to be relaxed and while standing spread your legs and insert it into your vaginal hole facing towards your lower back...it won't hurt but it'll fell a little wierd since you've never had anything up there before. And know you don't have to always wear a pad i recommend wearing one when you sleep though,,because it cleans out your system down there. hope i helped x0x ♥
