My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

If you haven't talked to him for a while, you shouldn't start up a conversation telling him you don't like him. If you do happen to talk to him, tell him the truth. Let him know that you don't want to lose touch and you just wan't to stay friends. You can also mention that you have feelings for someone else. I'm sure he'll understand.

How do you make your mascara not - so - clumpy when you apply it?

Please don't say 'buy better, more high quality mascara,' because I'm sure it all works fine...

I had the same problem so now I just use 2 different ones. First I use the Cover Girl [ purple tube ] It gets my eyelashes long and they seperate. Then I use a heavier coat of mascara and slowly go over it and it doesn't clump & they become thicker and fuller. Also when you apply it, make sure that you don't put too many coats at the same time and just do it slowly.

I use Tampax Pearl & I never leak. Just get the super. Make sure you change your tampon every 2-3 hours.

i live in chile. just moved here and i start school feb. 17. i had something with a boy in my old school in costa rica but we havent really talked about it since. and when i do try to talk about it he avoids it. so we werent going out or anything but we sort of had something. im getting over him but i really want someone for valentine's day. it would be perfect if i started school earlier but i cant. what can i do? im not asking for you guys to find someone or anything like that. just i want to know what can i do to get over WANTING to be with someone. what should i do?

It sucks being alone on Valentines Day, but just think about it. You don't [ need ] someone to make you happy just for that day. Just be patient because when you start school, I'm sure you'll find some hotties. :]

If you really really like him, you won't just stop. I don't think that you really liked those other guys. You probablly had a small crush on them & I like to call them phases. They come & go and you think you like them, but you don't. So, like I said.. If you REALLY like this guy, you won't just let go. Start talking to him more & maybe ask him to hang out. That way you can get to know him better and see all of the things you like about him.

SHORT VERSION: how do you make friends that you can hang with outside of school?

i need to make more friends that i can hang with outside of school..most of my friends are guys and i dont want them to think i like them, because i dont..and the girl im friends with in 3rd period shes really nice but when i asked her for her email to email her in 4th becuz she has that class right after me and its computers she got all shocked, but she seemed really surprised, but yet she was telling me how she has no more friends anymore and that all she hangs wtih is her boyfriend

Be friendly. You need to start talking to a lot of people and just get to know them. Talk to the people in your class & just be yourself. You won't be really good friends with them all of the sudden, but just get to know a lot of people. Join sports or clubs & that way you can also meet new people.

Just letting you know that she (Xjessica) was banned until January 11th and has never come back to the site. She was told to remove it when she returned or her column would be deleted.

i want to strip my hair of its color. i reread over and over this hair color removal online stuff but my sister is 23 and was like "never buy that stuff offline". and so is there any thing i can use that i can get at like kmart or some store to get the dye out of my hair?

I'm sorry, but I don't know. I never had it in my hair but I would suggest that you go to a professional salon and have them fix it. You don't want to mess up your hair & at least they know what they're doing. Sorry.

so i like this boy and we kinda messed around last year .. well he asked me if i still like him this year and i told him yea and when the subject of him liking me came up he said he didnt know and would get back to me. im really confused on wether he likes me or not and i really like him and want to go out with him .. how can i get him to ask me out with out being obvious and talking about a reltionship? also how do i tell if he likes me?

When he said " I don't know, I'll get back to you " .. that doesn't really seem like he likes you. Maybe he's just confused and doesn't know, but it's not really that hard to know if you like someone or not. Keep talking to him more and just be friends for now. Don't rush into anything too soon and just wait until he's ready to ask you out. Ask him to hang out and just flirt. The more time you guys spend with each other, the more he will fall for you & might actually start to like you. Give it time and see what happens. If it doesn't work out, don't be bummed. He's not the only guy out there for you.

god where do i start..

well my best guy friend is going out with someone right now. at first i was like omg good for you & i was all happy for him. well he has liked me for a long time & even told me he loved me. well he told me he still likes me. i'm like ew um gross? i don't like him. kay well i was looking at his girlfriend's myspace & i see a picture of them on there kissing. i saw it & i seriously about cried. after a while, i went to my media player & played the song your guardian angel by the red jumpsuit apparatus & cried for a long time. i really don't know why. do i like him or something? because when i think about it, i don't like him at all. but then i find myself wishing for him at 11:11!! & i always dream about him being my boyfriend. help me!!!!!

I can't answer your question about you liking him or not because that's really for you to figure out. There has to be a reason that you cried and I don't know why you did. You obviously have SOME feelings towards him. Maybe you're afraid of losing him to his girlfriend? Are you afraid that you guys might lose touch? That could be why but if you're always wishing for him to be your boyfriend, you might actually like him. I also think that you're afraid to admit that you [ actually ] might like him just because he's your best friend. You have mixed feelings and it's hard to figure it out but this is something that only you can solve. I wish I could tell you if you had feelings for him or not, but you'll know.

The other day I was at the mall with my friend and we saw this beautiful formal for only 25 dollars, if you can believe it. It was sleeveless and backless, but when the back is laced up it really doesn't show much skin. I have a few standards of dress that I refuse to bend, so I bought a shawl with the dress to cover my shoulders (it's kinda see-through, but it covers up the skin). I showed the dress to my parents and my mom hates it but my dad thinks it's ok (backwards, I know). How can I convince my mom that it doesn't matter what she thinks about the dress because I bought it and I'm the one who's going to be wearing it. btw, I'm 17

Sit down with your mom and talk to her about it. Just tell her that it's your prom & not hers. Her opinion is important, but it's your night & your dress so it shouldn't matter what she thinks. She just wants you to look the best you can but if you talk to her again, she'll understand.

last year i used to be really good friends with this guy. i bought him a really expensive gift, and he promised he'd get me something in return for the same exact amount of money for my birthday. my birthday passed, he didn't have the gift. he said i should wait till his birthday when he'll have more money to buy my gift. his birthday was 2 weeks ago and he hasn't gotten the gift i asked him to get me. i IMed him on AIM and asked him if he needed me to print out another picture of the gift i wanted so he'll know what to get me, and i'm pretty sure he blocked me. my parents are very upset with me, because they're not too happy i spent so much money on him expecting he'd do the same back but he hasn't. if i convince my mom she'll call his house and talk to his parents about this. is this the right thing? please help, i need more advice. i'm too nervous to ask him in person in school because i know i'll mess up talking and he'll snap at me. should i tell him my mom is ready to call his house and talk to his parents about this because she's very pissed? i need a lot of helppp, as much as possible. thanks guys

You chose to buy him an expensive present and I think that he's getting annoyed that you keep asking him when he's going to get yours. Maybe he doesn't have enough money saved up or something? Just lay off for a while and ask him at school. Your mom could call his parents but it's really not his fault. You didn't have to buy him anything expensive. Considering it was a gift, he doesn't have to buy you anything in return but he promised you so he should stick with that. I know that your mom is very mad about it but hey, I would be too if I spent a lot of money like that. Just try talking to him at school about it and tell him how your mom is upset about it and just ask why he isn't able to get your present.

how do you dance at a schoool dance? im in 7th grade and its nothing fancy--u can wear sweats or jeans and a T or something. and they play normal rap or hip hop and stuff like that. there arent any slow songs. but when ever i try just dancing i feel like everyones staring at me even though no one is. lol

Don't worry about how your dancing and if someone's watching you. Let loose and just listen to the beat of the music & .. dance. Whenever I go to my dances, I'm always shy to dance at first but then I just don't care anymore. Yeah people stare & look at us, but who cares. Just enjoy yourself and have fun with your friends.

Ok well Im 13 & I have never kissed a guy. I really want my first kiss because I just want to know what its like. I had my chance to kiss a guy before because when I was going out with my boyfriend(i dumped him a couple days ago) he asked me for a kiss but I said no because there were to many people around.

Im not say that im ugly or a geek or something, because I have had plenty of boyfriends, we just have never been at the right place at the right time ya know?

It's not "weird" that you haven't gotten your first kiss yet. When you find the right guy, it'll happen. You just have to be patitent with it and not rush into anything. It's not because there's something wrong with you or anything, but when it's time.. you'll have your first kiss. Don't worry.
