How much are you supposed to tip your hair stylist if you're getting your hair highlighted? (The price is around $50-$75)

if you hate it $5, if you like it $10, if you love it $15, and if you absolutely adore it $20.....if you leave a good tip and request her next time you go and get your hair done she will remember it and try especially hard to do a kick ass job

how do you use it and what's better a pencil or liquid...?

I have tried a pencil but the tip is rough and you have to push too hard for it to show up at all so I'm confued.

for the bottom lid i use a pencil..NYC brand eyeliner is good and cheap(like $1-$2)..it goes on really easy and covergirl eyeliner is AWESOME!!! but like $11!!! and for the top i use covergirl liquid liner but make sure you get a liquid liner with a point not a brush

My sister n law is having a baby, and she just found out today that she's going to be having another boy! Hi

I was going out with my bf for about a month again. We were broken up and then gotten back together. We hung out lots as friends then decided to go out again.. Anyways we only had sex a couple of times and now we kinda are going through a rough patch again..The thing is I was stupid and never used a condom either time..I know I am 23 and should be responsible enough to have known the difference. It was about 3 days before I started my period and then again toward the end of my period about 2 days before it finished ,when it was really light and barely noticable. What are the chances that I could be pregnant? I read that you are most fertile when you are onvulating which I wasn't I am pretty sure because I am pretty regular and my period is between 28 and 30 days each month and I read that you ovulate about 12-16 days before your next period starts..Even though I also read that it's possible to get pregnant pretty much anytime of the month.I read that the sperm can live for up to a week inside of you but if my ovulation calendar is fairly correct I wouldn't have started ovulating until after that so I think I should be okay. I won't have my period now until a couple weeks so I have to wait.
Hopefully it works out and I am not pregnant in case it doesn't work out with my boyfriend but if I am then I am old enough to take care of myself and my responsibilities.....sigh...the stupid things you do sometimes....How soon can I take a pregnancy test? Do I have to wait until I miss a period? This is stressful but I have been stressed out alot lately with other things so I won't be able to tell if I am feeling sick because of stress..I don't think I would feel sick yet this soon if I was pregnant..I haven't been throwing up or anything but have been sick to my stomach sometimes but I think it's the stress and not sleeping. I haven't been sleeping much lately..only getting about 5 hours sleep a night and then sometimes if I manage to get a bit more I have been waking up throughout the night so it's still not restful.

Anyways I just need to know if anyone knows my chances of not being pregnant? Any feedback would be appreciated..thanks

if you did it 3 days before you started your period that kinda sucks..the week before your period starts is the highest chance of getting pregnant. i think you can take a first response pregnancy test up to 1 week before your missed period...just make sure you do it first piss of the morning when you are hydrated...its the most accurate then. also, look for light spotting...that is a sign of pregnancy..GOOD LUCK

Okay me and my boyfriend had sex i would say two weeks ago this happened. and while we were having sex and he cum. and after we got done he noticed the condum was not on him anymore. Later when i got into the shower i noticed that i was kinda sore down there and thats when i relaized that the condum was stuck in me. My friends mom said that there is a 99% chance that I could get pregnant is this true.. first of all, you dont KNOW that he got taken advantage of...that could just be his cover up...but you just need to let him know that he needs to realize that it isnt his fault and tell him to look around and realize all of the people that care about him. let him realize that if he does it just because she does it is just goin to create a huge chain reaction and more people are goin to probably do the same thing. show him how selfish it is to do that because look what this kd chic or whatever is doing to everyone else. ask him if he wants you to feel the way that he feels right now because you are sure its a terrible feeling. just let him know you are there for him no matter what

ok i have a big jewish nose lol brown eyes light brown hair and a long face and not really an upper lip a tan and a slim bathing suit body. should i wear colored contacts what color. should i dye my hair blond. also what styles should i do my hair and clothes and makeup

lol sorry this is soo long but it has a ton of good tips in it!!

for the nose, use a little bit darker makeup where it looks big (not on the whole nose...just the big part)...it will hide it better.
for the lip, put a little bit of lip liner just a little bit outside of the line of your natural upper lip and on the natural line of your lower lip. that will make the upper lip appear to be bigger
contacts..i would go with green....but i love green eyes no matter who they are on
clothes..i would go with mini skirts and tight shirts that show a little bit of your tummy, but not in a slutty way.
hair color- try some dark blonde and auburn highlights
hair cut- try to keep it short to medium in length with fullness at the sides of your face to make it look wider which makes it look shorter. frame your face and get all over layers. also, try side parts.
definately try to not go too long with your hair because it will drag down your face and make it look longer. Center parts also lengthen your face. When your hair gets past your shoulders there is a good chance it is doing you more harm than good.

I'm 15 yrs old, and weigh 141 lbs. It's summer break and I want to lose some weight. I'm very self-consious(sp?) I want to know some good exercises where I can lose some weight from my legs and my ass. I have a fat ass and I don't like it, cuz I'm very self-consious(sp?) swimming is very good exercise. also, eat healthy...carb/calorie counting isnt the way to do it because you will just gain it right back as soon as you stop the diets. if you just get into the habit of eating healthy it will seem normal and you will always do it. the BEST thing to do it DROP THE SODA. drink a ton of water, drink no soda, and exercise. when you drink water you might gain water weight but if u will pee it out and if you exercise you will sweat it out too which will get rid of the water weight.

it is different now than it was when i was 13 because now when you like someone you are much more upfront about it. when i was 13 if guys liked me they would kinda just bump into me n start giggling and their friends would talk to me about them n stuff. I would either talk to him yourself (which i think for a 13 yr old that would be pretty brave to do) or if you dont think that you can do that, have one of your friends talk to him or talk to one of his friends.

when do people usually start babysitting.. and how much do they usually get in an hour??

i think i was about 11 years old. i usually took whatever they payed me but my mom always told me when i was that young that i should charge $5/ hr for the first kid and $1 extra/ hr for each additional kid. now im 17 n i would charge more just because im older and more mature.

honestly i would just see what they say they are going to pay you and if it isnt enough be like, "well i was thinking..."

Hi everyone. I recently bought GHD straighteners and they're fantastic. The thing is they're really really hot and my hair is badly burning when I use them I have tried many hreat protective sprays example L'Oreal but the heat seems to be to intense. As i'm from the U.K i may need somebody who lives there but maybe people from the U.S etc can give me some web sites. thanxs alot. Im scared my hair may fall out!!!!

ceramic is the correct term and yes, ceramic straightners are much better on your hair...FHI and CHI straightners are the best (however they can be very expensive). also silk fusion from biosilk makes it look shiny and a cholesterol treatment (if you arent allergic to lanolin) will work wonders.

you do not need make up for the beach, itll just run and smear anyways. just remember suncreen, a bathing suit, a beach towel, maybe a sheet, some food and drinks in a cooler, and a football or something to play with.

bands that you have never heard of are usually pretty good, and their cd's are usually $5 (sometimes $10). they also have stickers n stuff for $1-$2. SUNSCREEN is the best tip that i can give you!!! and have fun!!!!!
