hi. im in a group of 3 best friends. Alexa and Erin. They both tell me that they secretly like me better than the other one and wish it was just the two of us. Alexa says crap about Erin and so on. I love them both and wish they wouldnt do this and could just like eachother. what should i do?

WELL welcome to the world of "true friends" haha its realllllyyyy sad to say, but its going to be like this for most of your highschool years! Its really hard to trust anyone ya know! Its kinda of like if they talk bad to you about eachother,,,Why wouldnt alexa and erin talk about you behind your back! Girls are just shady...and its something you just gotta live and deal with or try and move on and find better friends! I know EXACTLY how you feel hunny....and im sorry maybe you should just confront them at different times andsay you dont appreciate alexa talking about erin, or erin talking about alexa, to you because you are best friends with them both! well you pretty much have the 2 obvious choices
1. Stay with ur boy and forget about the other or...
2. Break up with him and go for the other

Now...If your REALLY intrested in another guy it makes me wonder how much you like your boyfriend...If you really do like him, i personally wouldnt give it up to try going out with someone you dont know if youll get with.... But if you feel like your relationship is on the rocks and you are wondering away, i would break up with your b/f so you dont hurt him...good luck sweetie!

My boyfriend said that on the first date he wanted to have sex with me but I don't think I'm ready to. I told him I wanted to wait and he said okay we'll wait but now everytime I talk to him he still brings up the subject of "doing it" on the first date. WOW! It kinda seems like you two are in the relationship for different reasons! If you feel pressured at all GET RID OF HIM! I went on that site am i fat and it said that i need to watch wat i eat and exercise more...im 5'7 and i weigh 150 but i mean all i do is exercise i walk run play sports situps everything my doctor said that i weigh more cuz i work out so much and i get it all the time that i look smaller then wat i say i weigh should i listen to the website or should i just keep up wif my routine i mean i dont think im fat but i dont no now!

Its because you have a bunch of muscle which is ObViOuSlY better then fat! The BMI (body mass index) doesnt take to account how muscley You are ya know..its just an average! If you are fit and feel good about yourself im sure you are fine~! Dont worry about a number...xoxo

i went to amifat.com just bcuz i wanted to c what is would say and it said "You are emaciated. Consult your doctor or dietitian!" what should i do and wat does that mean?

Well obviously it means you are skinny! But peoples bodies are all different! Like if you are naturally skiny, and dont have a lot of muscle you will be lower on the BMI (Body mass index) If you think you are too skinny or get comments about being to skinny then i would get help, but without knowing you or n e thing i couldnt give you a for sure answer!

alrite..i`m gonna be gettin my braces off soon, and i really don't want yellowish teeth with white spots, so im gonna use whitening stuff. But i dont kno what works the best, does anybody use some that works really good?

personally i dont think its a good idea to whiten your teeth with your braces still on b ecause they wont whiten where your braces are but when they are off Rembrant has something called 2 hour whitening and it works great...so do crest wite strips! Good luck xoxo

I would give them out like outside of day camps, dance studios, gmnastic studios and pl aces and maybe even at a local park! Be careful where you go and dont go alone though k! I think dance places would be a good idea cuz they have a whole bunch of lil kids~! xoxo!

How long do u think it would take to lose like 5-8 pounds? do u think i would be able to do it by end of summer which is august 29 for me and what would you recomend to help

Um well if ya wanna do it healthy maybe a few weeks! It matters how serious you want to be! I mean if ya start running say 3-4 times a week and cut out all the "bad food" you can you will drop weight pretty quick! But dont expect like 20 lbs! Healthy is like loosing 1-2 lbs a week....Try getting a pilates or yoga dvd to do like when you wake up too! It makes you feel good about yourself and it makes you want to stay healthy the rest of day!!! good luck hun and keep me updated k xoxo

My boyfriend and I have been going out for 5 months and are going to celebrate our half year anniversary on August 28. The problem is I have no idea what to get him! I think he's getting me a promise ring, which is sweet beyond believe but I don't have anything to match it! When I bring it up though he just says "the only thing I want is you". Hey! my hair use to be really healthy..i use die it and i strighten it.. do u no of ne hair product to give my life back to my hair...~XOXO~

You should deep condition it at least once a week! Like take a shower at night and sleep with conditioner in ur hair! Honestly, it helps if u get like a salon brand too...(something from T.I.G.I, or bed head or something) there honestly is a difference! Of if you go to a professional salon, they have deep conditioning treatments they can do on ur hair! good luck! xoxo
