I went on that site am i fat and it said that i need to watch wat i eat and exercise more...im 5'7 and i weigh 150 but i mean all i do is exercise i walk run play sports situps everything my doctor said that i weigh more cuz i work out so much and i get it all the time that i look smaller then wat i say i weigh should i listen to the website or should i just keep up wif my routine i mean i dont think im fat but i dont no now!

queenbee answered Thursday August 5 2004, 2:18 pm: Your doctor would have told you if he were concerned but muscle weighs more than fat as he probably told you. Your BMI (body mass index) is really a better indicator of where you are w/your weight. That website assumes your BMI is average compared to your weight and height but if you are active than your BMI is probably lower than what the websites estimate is.
