If you're a guy and you're 5'7 150 you're fine. If you're a girl, you may just be naturally big. Your weight may be made up a lot of muscle if you work out a lot. Go easier on the working out and work out like a normal girl does. You may not be fat,you may just be freakin strong. I'm 5'10 160,3 inches taller and only 10 pounds heavier.

Its because you have a bunch of muscle which is ObViOuSlY better then fat! The BMI (body mass index) doesnt take to account how muscley You are ya know..its just an average! If you are fit and feel good about yourself im sure you are fine~! Dont worry about a number...xoxo

Your doctor would have told you if he were concerned but muscle weighs more than fat as he probably told you. Your BMI (body mass index) is really a better indicator of where you are w/your weight. That website assumes your BMI is average compared to your weight and height but if you are active than your BMI is probably lower than what the websites estimate is. Listen to your doctor not the internet.
