first of all; when you're meeting new people,
keep in mind that it'll get easier every passing day. just put a smile on and relax; be yourself.
all people are nervous when they first meet so
don't beat yourself up over that, it would do more harm than good.
secondly; put yourself into social interactions. join a club or a sport, that'll give you a chance to make yourself known even if shyness is a frailty.
thirdly; swallow your fears and take a chance. when you take a risk, the product of failure is equal to not taking a chance at all. same
outcome: nothing lost or gained. keep trying,
never give up because there is a fifty percent
