I bought this bottle of foundation from Walmart like 2 years ago. I only used it a couple of times and then I thought I had lost it. I found it today and it's still got a lot in it. Can I use it or has it expired? And how do you know if foundation has expired any ways? It don't smell bad and it looks the right shade. (link)

a PAP SMEAR is some thing a special doctor does. they look at your vagina to see if you have cervical caner. they swioe the inside of your vagina to test you for cancer. its reccomended for girls at age 12 and up but is really reccommended at 21. nothing to be worried about it doesnt hurt or anything.

ok its not the pads it is just because your on your period what happens is your uterous sheds and in a sense it rubs down the wall and it hurts it happens to every girl. and their are some metication you can take for it ask your doctor for some, or you can wait a while because oonce you get older it doesnt hurt as bad

hey my name is evan and im almost 16 years old. i've asked some questions on here before about my cancer. i went to the doctor the other day after completing chemo to deal with my skin cancer. i thought i was getting better but my doctor told me that my cancer has advanced to stage 4 and gotten worst. then he went in the hall with my parents and left me alone. after about half an hour my mom came back in crying and hugged me and kissed my head. i asked what the doctor said and she said not to worry about it and then we went home. im really scared. i dont know whats going on from here. im really worried the doctor said im dying. even my brother was really nice to me the last few days and we basically hate eachother. what do i do? i dont want my parents to know i mite know whats going on cause they dont want me to know yet. what should i do? and do u think im right? So I just did my daily Insanity workout (for those of you who don't know it is a program comprised of several different workouts). I was doing this one exercise where you go into low plank position and use your arms to bring yourself up into high plank position. Then you bring yourself back into low plank and do this over and over again. It is a VERY strenuous and difficult exercise, but I managed to complete all repetitions tonight, which I have never done before. Towards the end of the repetitions, I noticed that each time I brought myself back up into high plank, I heard a weird sound coming from within me. I know that sounds strange... it sounded like a breath coming like directly from my chest... it wasnt coming from my mouth.
