I like my stepbrother... Awkward when hes around.
my parents are divorced and my mom got remarried. my step dad has 2 step sons and every since i first met the youngest one, i liked him alot. then when my mom and step dad got married i didnt stop liking him but i knew that nothing could happen between us so i tried to forget about it. but we are really close we have a good bond and all then he told me he liked me and i didnt know what to do!! it is so confusing! i told him it would be awkward but i still dont wanna push him away to where he wont talk to me. please help!!

as you are not actually related i think its ok.. at least in UK law i think. ive known a girl and a guy(who were going out) for there (seperated/single) parent to get married. and it be okay with the law.
but still your parent might not like it. its a tough situation. talk to your step bro about it too.

Well, just say you want to be friends for now and continue to have a close relationship with him. Eventually the awkwardness will fade once you spend more time being just friends. If something does happen, as least you guys aren't really related. Actually, it is quite common in my state and west virginia.
