Do you just say YES when a guy asks you out?
This guy asked me out last week and I didn't really know what to say. I DO want to go out with him but does that mean I should say, "YES," or what? I don't want to sound stupid or like a total dork when it comes to this. I fumbled around until we just laughed it off and I think I gave him the wrong impression because he hasn't called since. The next time something like this happens and a guy says, "Hey, you want to go out this weekend or some time?" what do I say back?!

Just be yourself. If it is a guy that you like and would like to go out with him, say YES! You don't nessicarily have to use yes as your answer there are many other synonyms that you can use depending one what type of person you are. But one thing is for sure, if you like him say something positive to let him know that you are interested and would like to take him up on his offer :)

Do your best NOT to be nervous about this question.........although I remember how unnerving it can be. I always had lots of guy friends, so I was able to make a joke like, "A date? With YOU??? hmmmmmmmm, lemme think about it for a-----------SURE!!!!!!! (HAPPILY) Why not? But I warn you; I expect to be treated like a princess (little glimmer in eye, sexy little smile)......so just keep that in mind, Boyfriend!"
ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING WORKS BETTER WHEN THERE'S HUMOR INVOLVED. JUST BE YOURSELF, MAKE SURE HE KNOWS WHO'S IN CHARGE, AND go for it!
As for the guy above, you could always go back to him and say, "HEY! WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR DATE?" He'll say something like "I didn't think you wanted to go" and you'll say, "You've got alot to learn about women; maybe I can teach you a thing or two!"
Just be a smartass! Have fun with it; you've got nothing to lose!

if you know the guy really wants to go out with you, then you can probably play around with him a bit. like "sorry i can't go this weekend, how about next weekend?" this shows that you also want to go out with him, but at the same time you have control over your own life. however don't just say "how about another time". make sure you give him a date, or else it'll sound like you are dumping him.

Say "sure", or "ok" if you don't want to sound robotic. You can say "that sounds nice" or "I'd like that".
You don't have to say just "yes" or "no".

just say yes or sure you cant really answer it wrong i sasy you should call him and say " so when is our date again" that way if you did mess up or left the wrong impression you will still be able to go out with him.

if you enjoy being around him the you can say yes. but dont act childish when it comes to this because guys like womens that are serious and know what their doing. think about it reallly good so next time when he askes you to go out you say yes. but thats all on you.
