weird breathing

Question Posted Thursday July 22 2010, 11:16 pm

So I just did my daily Insanity workout (for those of you who don't know it is a program comprised of several different workouts). I was doing this one exercise where you go into low plank position and use your arms to bring yourself up into high plank position. Then you bring yourself back into low plank and do this over and over again. It is a VERY strenuous and difficult exercise, but I managed to complete all repetitions tonight, which I have never done before. Towards the end of the repetitions, I noticed that each time I brought myself back up into high plank, I heard a weird sound coming from within me. I know that sounds strange... it sounded like a breath coming like directly from my chest... it wasnt coming from my mouth. It definitely confused me and worried me a little... anyone have any idea what this could be? Thanks
