so theres this guy.. that ive liked since i was little.. and im 13 now and when we were little he use to come over alot. because he was my brothers best friend. and then he liked me too so we flirted alot.. and we really started to like eachother.. and he is 17 and i know its bad but i really think i loved him. and we dated for a month wihtout my mom knowing.. and then he broke up with me because he liked soemone else and because his dad with the age difference.. and we sitll talk alot and hang out and when we hang out we flirt but when i ask him if he likes me he says yes alot.. but he doesnt want to date .. but he might want to when we get older.. what do i do? do i just wait?
I think you should move on. You should date other guys because you're probably going to have to wait until you're around 20 so that means you'll be waiting for 7 years. Do you really want to wait 7 years to date again? I know I wouldn't! And by the time you're older, he might have found someone else thats his age and then you're left with no one. Every year you keep waiting, you'll be letting all these guys that could have been "Mr. Right" just walk away. Just try to move on and find other people.

I am going on vacation for a week and my neighbor has offered to water my garden and vegetables while we are gone. She is an older lady, not elderly but older. She lives next door, but we have a lot of land so it will be a hassle for her to come over and get out the hose, then roll it up again...but she offered and I need the help so I accepted.
My question is, I want to do something nice for her in return but I don't know what. I was thinking maybe a gift card to a grocery store or Wal Mart, but how much $$ is appropriate? Thanks for your advice!
I would give her a gift certificate for about $50-60. Like you said, she's doing alot and usually people don't offer to do it, and you're usually the one to ask THEM. She seems very sweet. I would also invite her over to your house for dinner and make a nice meal. Make sure you thank her in person too.

Hello; I'm 14 and I have no money.
I need a job since my parents don't provide me with enough money to get food when I am out.
I need to know what kinds of jobs besides baby sitting I can get at 14.
You can't really get any good jobs since your so young, but I'm pretty sure you could try working at fast food restaurants like Dairy Queen and things like that. Also, you could work at a grocery store and bag the food and stuff. You'll get paid minimum wage of course, but you'll make enough money to feed yourself.

I really really want to get a digital camera and i know that if i want a good camera, i am going to have to pay good money. I really want one of those cameras that comes with the printer and you just sit it on top and push a few buttons and walla! well, i want to get a really good brand and make sure my camera will last a while, so i am needing advice on which cameras to stay away from and which are really great. I think that Sony's and Nikon's are really good brands. Try searching for digital cameras on www.circuitcity.com because they have really good ones.
I'm having a party soon, and I want to play some fun games. one of the games I have is where you have two dice, and depending on the number you roll, you have to do whats on a list. [i.e. 2- makeout, 3- kiss neck, and so on and so forth.]. the problem is for that game, I only have those two choices down. anybody have some ideas that I can put down for numbers 6-12? Yes thats totally normal. My mom didn't get hers until she was 17! Your really lucky that you don't have to deal with changing pads, tampons, and cramps. Be happy you haven't gotten yours yet because trust me periods are the worst!!

is it worth going to a dermatologist for acne? i have little acne - but a lot of blackheads.should i get a facial for the black heads? i just dont know what to do with my face any more!!! what are some REALLY REALLY good brands to fight away acne and blackheads? any help is appreciated- thanks!
I had the same problem as you. I think its totally worth going to a dermatologist. I got a facial done (it was about $60) and she steamed me and put all the cream on and by the time I walked out, I was free of acne. My face was smoother, and the dead skin was off and I felt like a new person. To get rid of the blackheads they will have to pop them off with a tool kind of like a tweezer, and the forehead doesn't hurt but the nose and cheeks are kind of painful but its worth it at the end. When you get your facial, they will try to sell you products to help you get rid of the acne when it comes back. They know whats good and if they say something will really help you, then you should buy it. When I got a facial there was shelfs of different face products and the dermatologist helped me pick out which ones would be good for me. Just ask them, they would be glad to help you out. If worst comes to worst and you can't get a facial, then get pro activ and wash your face 3 times a day. But I reccomend getting a facial, because I just loved it. Maybe you're different, but thats just my opinon.

i went on vacation this summer and while i was there i saw this REALLY hot guy there. he skimboards and surfs. everytime he came and left the beach we made eye contact. he was always with his friends. and i think he liked me and he told his friends, because he would look at me and then one of his friends would look too. i really wished that he would talk to me or do something (even wave). what should i have done? is there anything i could have done to make him come over and say hi to me? i'm a shy girl and i wouldn't be able to go up to him myself.

This is NOT a joke. I seriously think my house is haunted. Tonight I saw something (a black figure out of the corner of my eye) walk past my room. The reason why I dont think it was "just my eyes playing a trick on me" is because I felt a prescence, like there was someone there. When I looked down the hall, there was no one there. I asked my Dad who was watching TV in another room if it was him and he said, "No." And my Mom was sleeping in her room and no one else was home. Please help! This has happened 3 or 4 times and I cant sleep at night! What should I do?? Has this happened to anyone else? How did you feel less scared? :(
It could be your eyes playing tricks on you, but it could have also really been a ghost. If your house is really old, maybe the person who used to live in your house died and now he comes back to visit their house just to see how it's doing. If your house is new, maybe back 100 years ago it was farmland and the people who lived there feel like you took there space and don't know why someone else is living where they used to live. Even if it is a ghost, it won't harm you. You're just going to get used to it because ghosts are ALL over the world and some you can see, and some you can't but they don't harm us in any way. If you were dead, wouldn't you just want to see how everything around you is doing? Don't worry, you dont have to scared because ghosts are obviously dead and they don't want to hurt you, they are just curious. If you see another shadow, just remind yourself that they are wandering everywhere even the presidents ghosts are in the White House and they don't harm anyone and theres nothing to be frightened of.

Hey, I'm 13 and I was dating a guy who was 17 also. It didn't work out so well because he started buttering me up saying he loves me and cares and respects me, and then the next day he wants to go to the movies with me and I have no problem with that but then he asks me to go further then making out and he wants me to give him a hand job at the movies and then he wanted to finger me. I told him that I'm not ready for the kind of stuff, and he dumped me right as soon as I said that. It was obvious all he wanted was stuff like sex. I'd be careful because hes 17 and probably alot more advanced and he could be one of those guys like my ex boyfriend. I'm curious to know why he can't find a girl his own age. He might be a nice guy who is completely innocent, but I would really watch out and make sure he doesn't try to make a move on you. I'm going to guess your still a virgin, so if he even starts talking about sexual things please tell him no and even if he dumps you because of that, you know he never really loved you. And if he tells you he loves you and you mean the world to him and he never wants to let you go, don't always believe it. Don't believe anything he says until he shows it. Anyone can say they love you, so make sure he really means it before you go further with the relationship. To find out if he really likes you or just wants sex, I would go on a couple of dates like out to the movies or go to the mall or even have him come over to your house. If he doesn't do anything sexual or even try to reach down your shirt or pants, then I think you can trust him and kinda be able to say that he really does love you. Even ask him if hes a virgin but like get onto the topic before asking him it like say "____ (name) lost her virginity last thursday" wait for him to answer and ask "wait so are you a virgin? lol" and wait for his answer. If hes a virgin you might be ok. Just find out if he really loves you before you do anything, because if you don't you will really really regret it. My friend still sobs over giving in when her boyfriend asked her to have sex with him. She was unlucky and had the baby and now shes 13 and has to take care of her baby. So be careful and go on a few dates and find out what hes like before you do anything else.

Umm, wow those guys who broke up with you are assholes. Obviously all they cared about was mouth to mouth, not about love. I'll just give you a few tips though. Just go with the flow. Start off with a few small kisses and then get more involved. Yeah, its not really common but there are 12 year old boys that do have 6 packs. All you have to do is cardio excersizes such as running, lots of situps, and eat right which means no junk food and you should be able to atleast get close to a 6 pack.

Well, yes and no. Many people make good transactions and everything works out fine and they never have a problem. Although, my neighbor once bought something for his boat and he got ripped off. So it can go both ways. Some people just want to make money and they are innocent people selling good stuff, and some are just trying to rip you off and keeping the money and the item.
A key to help make sure that you won't get ripped off is to check the seller's feedback. If there feedback is anywhere from (5% to 100% then they are probably trustworthy sellers. If there feedback is really bad like 60% then you know that they've made some costumers in the past pretty pissed. Also, read the comments people left the seller. Good comments are things like, fast shipment, and great seller and "I would do business with again." Bad feedback is like never recieved item, took a very long time to ship, and item was used when it said in the describsion that it was used. That means you shouldn't buy from the seller.
Be careful and choose wisely for who you do business with. =]
