okay,well,me and my ex-boyfriend went out. Then broke up 6 days later. Then got back together. then broke up a week later. Then made out sooooooooooooo many times. Then we went back out. Then a rumor got passed and we broke up. then we went back out because we still liked each other. Then we broke up because i cheated on him. Then we got back together becuase i broke up with the other guy. And now we are broke up again because he liked my cousin but he doesnt know shes from across the country! okay...how do i get him back? I think i still like him! Ha! Ha!
it sounds to me like you cant hold a relationship. if you two broke up that many times.. i'm sorry but it is just not meant to be.

I want to workout my legs. i have no idea how though. im not even sure how to do squats right. pleez help! ( i also want ot kno a website that tells you if u are underweight/overweight... i used to have it but i lost it)
I play soccer and basketball and so we concentrate almost solely on our legs. Well if you go to a gym... you could always ask someone there to help you get started.. but what i do is..
I find my maximum weight on the leg curl machine. then i take 10 pounds less than that and to a 3 sets of 10. ( that is 10 times. rest. 10 more times. rest. 10 final times.) I do this sitting up. and laying down. that will give you a really strong workout.
To do squats. find your maximum (the heaviest you can possibly lift) and then take 60% of it. that is how much you should squat. What you do is put your feet shoulder width apart and stick your butt out with your back straight as you slowly squat down. come back up slowly also. make sure you have someone spot you or else you could seriously hurt yourself.
this is all the advice i have. sorry if i wrote too much.

Ok I have a question?? I was at this party... and this guy was there and he waited until I was all messed up. I fell asleep and he woke me up and all the sudden I feel an arm goin around me! He wouldn't stop touching me when I told him to. I tried to move but he wouldn't let me! I told my friend and stuff and then I talked to his girlfriend about it and she doesn't believe me!! And then a couple days later I found out he was labeled as a sex offender before!! I wouldn't let anyone call the police cuz I didn't want to get involved in that! Now,to tell you he was 20 and I am 15 and the sick part is he was like my brother, he was a family friend and was always there for me. Tell me how come I miss him and still cry about what happened. Will someone please tell me what to do and I rate high! THANKS
I think what you need to do is tell someone! anyone!! not aomeone on this chat but someone face to face. a counselor or a parent. this guy could make other people feel the exact same way that he made you feel just because you didn't tell anyone what he did to you. not only is this wrong because you told him not to do it.. but he is 20!! he is grown man.. if you don't tell someone about this now he could seriously hurt someone. including you. in the end. it is up to you what you will do with the situation. but i say that you need to tell someone.

Okay, I was at this party last night and it was with a bunch of my guyfriends/friends. The thing is, my boyfriend was with me. These two guyfriends of mine are particularly touchy-feely types, and they like to pick me up and toss me around and all that...I'm small, lol. This one guy, Aaron, dipped me back like he was about to kiss me, and my boyfriend was glaring daggers at him. He was doing that to both Aaron and Kevin through the whole night. He already doesn't like Kevin because he's my ex, but I think he dislikes him more now. My boyfriend isn't usually the jealous type. I talked to both guys and told them to lay off with the touching me, and I told my boy that it doesn't mean a thing, that they're just my friends and they've always done that to me, but I don't think it helped.
Okay, basically, what I'm asking is, is there anything I can tell him besides what I've already said to make my boyfriend stop with the jealousy?
Just show your boyfriend how much you like him. Lay off messing with your guy friends even if everything is harmless and just show your boyfriend a little TLC. he probably deserves it.

Okay,everyone at school always calls me a slut and a hoe and a whore and i never even did anything! They won't stop and it's really getting on my nerves. I don't think I am, but when you hear it all day from all of your friends you start to believe it and that's kind of what's happening! But i don't know what to do! Please help! i rate
All you can do is believe in yourself. If you know that you aren't any of those things and the people you care about know that none of this is true then that is all that really matters. My advice is ignore everyone because if you ignore a person for long enough then they won't get any more pleasure out of teasing you and then they will stop. i hope that this turns out ok for you!

I dont get it, i have friends at school but on friday nights im always home or at a cheering game, my life is so boring and now that its 2005 I want to make it exciting. Everytime im on aim all of my friends away messages are up saying that they are at one anothers house. Should i maybe invite them somewhere so that I can start hanging out too? What if they already have plans, then what do I do? I need to get out more and spend time with teh people I want to spend time with. Im always hanging with guys or talking to them, im not a slut or anything just siometimes they are more fun to talk to.
I know exactly what you mean. Guys are more laid back and chill then girls and there is no problems with that. Just let the girls know that you would love to hang out with them sometime and maybe they will think about inviting you a little bit more. Don't worry. It isn't a bad thing not being invited if you are doing other things you need to worry when you always have nothing to do.

Ok, i have this friend, well, she's kind of my friend, but not really. she likes me, but i dont like her. she's really annoying, and kinda mean and rude to ppl, even adults, and it gets on my nerves. For example, my sister had a friend over when i had her over, but my friend wanted to watch a movie that nobody else wanted to watch, and she wouldn't let us watch anything else, she literaly too kthe movie away from me and put it in, makin my sister and her friend leave the room. Isn't that kinda rude? What should i do about it?
If you find your friend so rude then why are you still hanging around with her? If you don't like her as you say you don't then just don't invite her over to your house anymore and try and stay away from her. Let her know that she is disrespectful and rude even if you express yourself through a joke. good luck though!!

You should take classes at your highschool to see if you even like it. You'll be able to help out with the sports team and things like that. Then you can deside if you really want to do that for a living or not!

I would like to ask something. My best friend and I experimented and were both girls and were both 13. We kissed each other, felt on each other and kissed each other's neck. As the days go on after we experimented I haven't had any thoughts about other guys. My friend and I act like were a couple or something. It depends on how long you two have been friends. If this is a long time thing and she has just recently been bringing boys constantly with her then that is just a normal teenage thing. She is just enjoying hanging out with boys and wanting to share that with you. Enjoy the company that she is bringing. And then tell her that you want there to be a girls night out just the two of you one night.

If you still like the girl...talk to her and make sure you two still get along. Work your way into being friends with her again and then show her how awesome you are.
