Just make a group date w/ your date, your friends, & your friend's dates. Then you can tell your mom that you're going somewhere with your friend, and you won't be lying but you'll still have your date. Then when that gets old you should probably tell your mom how you feel and maybe bring your boyfriend/date home so she can see that he is nice. I hope this helped!

In a few weeks, I'll be hanging out with a bunch of friends, including a guy I've been liking for awhile. I doubt he has any idea of my crush, but it's about time I let him know. just smile at him and start talking casually. when you think youve chatted enough then ask if he's seeing anyone. if you dont just jump right into the conversation asking if he is then you wont seem desperate.

This a strange sort of etiquette question that has been bothering me from a while now…
I have a close friend and we live in a large metropolitan city. Whenever we are walking on the street she will do absolutely anything to walk as far away as possible from a homeless person. This really grates my nerves.
If we are walking side by side she will move all the way over to the curb, even if it means crossing in front of me in order to be 6 or 7 feet away from the homeless person (and a few feet any from me as well, since I continue to walk in a straight line). She will move back to me after they are a few feet behind us. I find this unbearably rude and downright heart breaking. She often tries to convince me too cross the street if she can see a person down the road on our side.
Now if they were yelling and screaming I would understand, but these are unfortunate souls who are simply huddled against buildings for warmth.
This is really upsetting me but some of my friends say it is just her irrational fear and I should respect it. But it makes me not want to go out with her, as we live in the core and pretty much walk everywhere. Am I wrong to be upset and/or how can I make her stop this? (link)

tell her that she should not be afraid of them. you are right, if they are acting strange you should back away a little, but if they are just sitting there doing no harm there is no reason for her to step away. just let her see that they are just people in the world trying to survive and that there is nothing wrong with that and she may calm down around them. and sorry about "my" first answer... apparently my friend has been getting on my account and answering questions.

Since last year, my brother has been extremely protective over me with guys. I didn't know what caused him to suddenly change until his best friend told me that ht thinks that I'm a slut.
Apparently there was a rumor running around school last year that I did not know about.
I can't live with my brother thinking that about me it's really weird. The other day he had some of his friends over and I was hanging out with them because I was bored and they were talking about sex and stuff. One of his friends asked me if I'm a virgin. I said yes and that I've only made out with guys (which is true).
So, with that I thought that I had taken care of what he's heard of me and that he then knew that I'm not a slut. But, it didn't help. He didn't believe what I said!
How can I make it clear to him that I'm not?

have your guy friends (or boyfriends) over and let your brother see that you're not a slut. once he sees you with other guys and you're not doing what he thinks you're doing, he'll probably stop thinking that.

Truth or dare is always fun! Watching TV and movies is pretty good 2. And also prank calling! If u go 2 www.ebaumsworld.com and click prank calls and then go 2 soundboards there is a huge list of celebrities and their saying 4 prank calls! Also even if there arent any boys there, its always fun 2 dance! Plug in an ipod 2 a speaker system and have fun that way! I hope your partaay goes good!

Okay like 2 weeks ago I met these 2 boys when I stayed after school they are best friends and they are about my age. And one is pretty cute and the other is ya know... -not my type- and both of them like me I know it might be mean to go for the cuter one but I dunno i would feel bad. And on a different note. Dont go 4 the 1 thats not ur type. Youll probably regret it later. Go 4 the cuter 1, but dont play hard 2 get or he wont take u seriously. But don't necessarily be easy, go kind of somewhere in the middle.

OK, here's the deal. I am 13, and I am in 7th grade. My best friend,(9th grade) has been my best friend sence we were like 2 years old. When I was in about 2nd grade, my friend(4th grade), her brother(5th grade), played "Truth or Dare." What we did was dare each other to get naked, and then he would touch us. Well I have had a HUGE crush on him sence I was in 1st grade. This guy is in 10th grade, and on the computer he asked me if I wanted to play truth or dare with him again, but this time just me and him and i can't tell my friend. I said I don't know and signed off. I know that was him on his screename becuase he asked me in person, I pretened I did'nt here. If you tell them that in an adult manner, and not like pleading or begging or getting really mad, they will see that you ARE growing up. They will most likley learn that you're not a baby.

Ok, i have a major problem! My best friend started goin out w/ this girl at the beginning of this school year. The problem is, he's not aloud to have a girlfriend. His parents obviously don't let him hang out w/ her outside of school but our families are good friends so i hang out with him every weekend. His girlfriend is incredibly jelous and despises me. She's told me that if i hang with him that she'll "dump" him. He's so happy with this girl and i don't want him to be sad. Wait until you know if you like the other guy. If you dont: Dating an older guy is NOT a problem. I've dated older guys and I dont think it makes a difference with age. If you do like the other guy: Try and figure out which one you like more based on how nice he is to YOU, if he does like you, and if he's like way too shy/wants to go 2 far with you.

Prove that he wasn't cheating when you do tell her. Maybe you thought you saw him with another girl at the mall but it could have been that the girl was hitting on him, not him hitting on her. If your mom does get mad though, don't break up with you BF again. It isn't your moms decision.
