Xmas

Question Posted Friday November 25 2005, 11:27 am

I have been dating my boyfriend for a year and 3 months. I want to get him something great for xmas and I want to make him some stuff to. What can I do (take him somewhere or something), give him, and make him? Give me as many ideas that you can! *by the way he is a musician (guitar bass and keyboards) and he loves video games and stuff for PSP and DS if that helps* Thanks in advance!

For something to make him: Write him a song and see if he can make music to go with it on one of his instruments.
Take him out to fancy dinner at a nice restaurant.
And if there is a Videogame that he's been eyeing, get him that and maybe some other games like it.

I'd go for burning a CD with a bunch of songs that are special to you or him individually, as well as songs that mean a lot to you as a couple. It's not very expensive, it's personal, and since he's a musician, it would probably mean even more to him than the average guy. If you really wanna go all out, put in an a basket with a bunch of little things that are signifigant to your relationship (tickets from your first movie, or something). And/Or...a scrapbook with pictures of the two of you is always great. Just make it personal, that's what means the most.

I don't know how old you are, so I don't know if taking him out for dinner is an opion, but if it is-

Taking him somewhere: Take him to a nice restaurant and maybe go back to your house for a movie. That'd be nice.
Making him something: Since he's into guitars and stuff why don't you make a picture frame and glue guitar picks around the edges and put a nice picture of you two in it. Keyboard- If you have several pictures of you two together why don't you make a keyboard out of pictures.
(IE: The white keys are pictures of you two, and the black keys just stay black so he knows that it's a keyboard.) -- You can make this out of cardboard and construction paper. Very Simple
You also could get him a guitar pick and take rubbing alchol to it if it has any writing on it to get it off and write in Sharpie or a paint pin 'I love you' or the day yall started dating. -- Also, very simple.
For buying him something: Buy him a video game of some sort: Final Fantasy? Grand Theft Auto? Anything he likes. Ask him what game 'he's just dying for'
