okay ive been like hooking up with this guy he has a girlfriend and told me he was gonna break up with her because he wanted to be with me he doesnt call me anymore , we havent talked in 3 days and he is still going out with the girlfriend he told me he was breaking up with.
Is he losing interest in me? and what can i do to get it back?

Personally, I wouldn't waste my time getting his interest back in me. Flat out, he lied to you, and he isn't devoting the time to you that you deserve. Let him have his girlfriend, and go find someone who'll be true to you.

Obviously he didn't have all that much interest in you in the beginning if he told you he was going to break up with his girlfriend and never did. Now, he is trying to give you a hint that he doesn't want you anymore. Plus, why would you want to date someone that cheats on their girlfriends? If he does it to her, what makes you think he wouldn't do it to you?

well i have had this happen to a few of my friends and it isn't fun....AT ALL but anways you have to be honest with him and tell him that you feel he is playing games with you and if he doesn't respect you for your desision of telling him how you feel then just forget about him because he obviously isn't worth it and you can do soo much better then that. He may be loosing interest in you because he may have relized that he is going out with his girlfriend for a reason..because he likes her but i say you should stop hooking up with him and if he starts calling you again then he may have relized that he really does like you and not his g/f.

Any guy that's going out with someone but hits on someone that they aren't going out with is a complete jerk in the first place. Just think for a minute.. If he can do what he's doing to her like telling someone else that oh I want to be with you and I'm breakin* up with you what makes you think he won't do the exact same shiz to you?
