i just got a new laptop and im giving my old pc to my computer. I want to delete EVERYTHING off of it so it is like a new computer. I've done this before with this "Restore CD" for my e-Machine computer except this time its not working. So now everytime i turn it on it just says "A disk read error occured Press cntrl+alt+delete to restart. I did that on it already and the saME thing keeps coming up. Theres so cd's in the drives so i dont know why its doing this! So can someone tell me what to do about the message and then tell me how to delete everything on my computer? ok as for deleting you can go to your control panel to delete what you want that is the easy wasy--but if you want a totally empty pc you will have to rebuild the hard drive--this consists of taking the pc apart--and adding the software she wants. as for the usually control alt delete is to end a program that is running and you have to click on the program to delete--i have windows depends on what software you are using good luck wish i could of helped more my friend is a pro in fixing this stuff but unfortuelty i never paid much attention :)

My brother and I are both 17 and I'm a girl. Yes, we're twins.
A few days ago he asked my dad to buy him something for his car. I don't know what it's called but it doesn't really matter.
Well, I was standing right there when he was asking him and I told my dad not to get it for him because he had one before and it annoyed EVERYONE in my family. Specially me. And I was the reason he had to get rid of it before. We don't share a car or anything it just really annoyed me.
So, of course my dad said no. My brother then went to my mom to try to convince her. He did a great job with that and now she is on his side. But, she couldn't convince my dad.
After a while of bugging my dad about it, my dad gave in and said that if I said yes then he could get it. I thought about it for a while and said no. My brother then told me that he'd give me 50 bucks if I said yes. I thought about it some more and told him that I would say yes if he gave me 100 dollars. With a little bit of arguing we agreed that if he gave me 75 dollars I'd say yes.
And that is EXACTLY what we said--75 bucks IF I SAID YES.
So, I told my dad that I'd be okay if he got the part thing for him. He asked why and I told him about the 75 dollars.
With that, my dad and brother went to the car store (or whatever it's called) to get the part. They didn't find it. They then went to another place and still were not able to get it. After that my dad was tried so they came home.
When they got home I asked where it was and my brother said that everyone they went to was out. He then asked for his money back and I said no. The deal was that if I said yes then I'd get the money. How was I supposed to know they wouldn't have the part?
Well, we got into a big argument and then my dad told me to just give him his money back. I was really mad but I gave it back anyways. My dad then told my brother that since he did that to me, he couldn't get the thing for his car.
Now my brother is mad at me because he says it's my fault (okay dickhead, you're the one that went back on your word).
He's acting like the biggest baby and it's really annoying! How can i get him to just shut the hell up and get over himself?

the best thing you can do is ignore him-i know it would be hard but eventually he will get tired of hearing himself and also will be cooled down enough and when he is ready to talk civil then talk--you know with the holidays and stuff the siblings always seem to lighten up--thats how it was with my sister and 2 step borthers--give it itme it will go away good luck

1)what can help reduce the redness after you get your eyebrows waxed? i have really sensetive skin and my eyebrows are red for a few days and i really dont like it, lol.
2)what are some physical effects that stress can cause? (theres a story behind this, but im not going to get into it.)

for the eyebrows i get mine done and it usually only lasts for alittle,you may want to put sensitive skin aloe lotion on it. Stress can cause alot of things and can vary in people--some people dont eat some people over eat some people break out on the face,some people sleep some people also get headaches,stress causes multiple affects depends on the person and how they deal with it good luck

Alright. I was under the influance of drugs earlyer. I smoked some weed (I know its not good and I dont recomend anyone doing it) I hadnt done anything bad for about a month so i was like.. alright just one time for fun. Well I was with my friend and this guy. We went to his house and was chillen in her basement. Then we decided we would go someplace so my friend went upstairs to get in the car and it was just me and him down there.. He stopped me from going up the stairs and started makin out with me. I stopped cuase I new I was on stuff and wasnt thinking right. For some reason I feel really gross because I know what would have happend if i hadnt of stopped it! I dont know why but i feel like he should have known not to because I was under the influance of drugs and that I wasnt thinking clearly.. Is this wrong for me to feel gross and humiliated? No it is not wrong to feel this way--he was wrong fort rying to take advantage of you and you stood up for yourself--you were strong and you did good--that is something to be proud of--you would have been more humiliated if you would of went further than you did --you should be proud of yourself--you go girl!!

well honestly i think 14 is a bit young--you should concentrate on school and maybe just going out with friends--not somuch a date-even if its with a boy just go out and have fun--see what kind of different personalities are out there and what your looking for in a person--you dont wanna pick the first boy and he isnt fun at all. Hang out with boys and see what they are about. I think you will be ready to date at 16 and just be prepared--never let a boy tell you what to be or how to be--you are who you are and someone needs to like you for you.boys come and go--dont settle for one or less. if you need anything else please let me know i will help you the best i can.

My ex plays basketball (who I am in love With!) and I went to a game last night and before he had to play he came and sat by me. I never ask him to come and sit beside me. He just looked up where I was at and made a head motion to come and sit beside him. I looked at him funny and made a motion for him to come and sit beside me. So he came. And he started laughing and I said "why are you clapping for the other team?" and he said "Cause they rock (he was just joking though)" and I smiled at him and said "Fu** you" and he looked at me in the eyes and said "Yeah, I know you do. But not right now. (little info: He's not a pervert wanting to get in my pants. Believe me I know!)." and started laughing his ass off. And he scooted closer to me. Then this girl made me and my other friend mad and she wouldn't smile so he was doing everything to make her smile. Sounds like this guy is real fun to be around and has a good personality. Thats good. Now you state that he is your es--(for what reasons?) obviously wasnt a bad break up if you guys went to a game together. Seems to be lik ehe is a person who likes to make other people laugh and joke and even if they are in bad moods will try to make them smile--he takes alot of things with a grain of salt but on the other hand is serious when he knows your not feeling something--i guess before i could help you out i need tounderstand the circumstances witht he break up--maybe he is realizing your a good person and maybe wants to try again with you? maybe you and him may not be together but he still cares about you and dont want any harm your way-he seems like a caring person and maybe he wants you to know he is there for you even if your not together. i have been in your shoes plenty of times--and to tell you the truth i love my family but i did it anyways--not saying it was right. depending on your age that does make a difference. if you are 18 then you have the right to make your own decisions--but sit down and talk to them and let them know you understand that they are against it but that is not your style.tell them he is really nice guy and you would like for them to meet him--if they are still against it let them know you love them and either they will be by your side or not--and if they turn you away b/c of it and see your happy then maybe they will rethink--its really your call i dont know your parents or your age or the situation involved but if you dont think this is the "one" for you would you jeopadize your family's love for a short term relationship? good luck

The best thing you could do is be honest with him--it may hurt his feelings but your not happy and he needs to know its not him hat you thought you were ready and your not and before it goes any farther and you lead him on you need to break itoff but you want to remain friends that hes good people but you dont wanna hurt him. good luck

ok.. heres the thing.. about a year ago.. i met this guy.. and we liked each other so we went out a couple of months but we didnt get to be "boyfriend&girlfriend" by the third month things didnt work out.. so we stopped dating.. and i felt hurt because he just stop calling.. so i didnt want to talk to him again.. so i moved on.. after that.. my best friend that during that year was in another country in her exchange student year.. she knew everything.. i mean i told her, by mail, or by phone (because of the fact that she was too many miles away), soooo.. she wasnt here.. but she knew anyway because I told her.. after that.. in august she came back and they met and they got along very well.. so now they are dating.. but like boyfriend and girlfriend!!!.. i just couldnt believe it.. i got so mad.. i dont talk to her anymore.. because i felt very betrayed.. its like.. according to me.. that;s like a "friends rule" it doesnt matter if u didnt get to be his girlfriend, right? but i dunno what to do.. because like she is my best friend in the whole world.. we've known each other for a long long time.. we've been together through very hard times.. and i really dont want to lose her.. but it really hurt what she didnt.. i think that she didnt care about our friendship enough to stop dating himm.. i dont know what to dooo! please heeeeelp.. should i forgive her? or what should i do?? ok i understand what your saying but listen to your words"i moved on" and "it didnt work out between us" yes it is pretty rotten of her to go with him after she knew your story--but eventually she may realize he isnt what she wants--and she will still have you and vise versa--tell her how you feel but then say i wish you the best of luck--im not saying you and her and him should hang out as friends-i would back away if you cant handle it--seeing them together--but let her know your hurt but your still her friend--its hard and it is also your decision based on you moved on and you dont have feelings for this guy--dont stoop to her level of betrayal your better than that and she will see that in you and he may too and he will realize what he doesnt have! good luck hope i could help

the best thing you can do is if you are that unsure is to take a break-tell the guy you are witht hat your not sure of what your feelingand before it goes any further you think it would be best if you break up. Sounds to me like you need to find your self but ont be with someone until your sure of yourself.you are going to have alot of boys come and go--you seem to be young so dont get ties up with one person if your that unsure--my finace just left me after 2 yrs and it was b/c he thought its what he wanted and he realized it wasnt--talk about heartbreak--so i think you need to find yourself talk to him and let him know how your feeling the best thing you can do is comminicate! and be hinest--thats what makes or breaks a relationship good luck

My aunt passed 8 months ago. Her and I just so happen to wear the same size clothing. About 4 weeks ago, my uncle brought over some of my aunt's clothes for me to go through and pick out what I would like to keep. He gave the clothes to us, so I'm not pressed for time to decide because we don't have to return them or anything like that, but my Mom has been rushing me to look through them so she can clear them out of the basement. Thing is, I don't want the clothes. It's not that they're unappealing to me. It's that it would just be too emotionally upsetting to have them. I really don't want them, and I'm firm in my decision. My mom views it as, "perfectly good clothes", and since they're free, she might be a tad bit mad if I didn't accept them. Don't get me wrong, I've very thankful for the offer. But I just don't want to look like a total jerkface to my unlce's family. *Do you think it would be rude of me to refuse the clothing? (link)

i think your aunt would behappy if you had the clothing,even if you dont wear it put them in your room in the closet and hol donto them until your ready to give them away--or if you only want some things keep them and give the rest to hurrican katrina victims its going to good use and you wont feel as bad--good luck

it is ok,your body is still getting used to a perios and you may be off sometimes. As for the color it is ok also.nothing to worry about but just remember to keep your annual check-ups with your obgyn for a pap smear. you dont want to miss those but your ok i only get mines for 4 days--hey dont complain its beeter than 7 day!

I got my belly button pierced a few months ago and it always turns to the left side..it never stays flat so the ring faces out. When i turn it so the ring faces out and also when i try to clean it puss comes out of it...is it infected, what should i do? (link)

if there is puss coming out yes it is infected. use peroxide at least 3x day until it clears out and heals up. good luck
