Ok so i am 13 5'2' and 120 lbs. My mom said that I need to lose 15-20 lbs before we go to Hawaii in March. but I love junk food. Any tips on how to give up junk food?

If you drink allot of sodas stop and drink something diffrent. I drink something called vitamin water. It's not like healthy but it's better for you than drinking sodas and it taste good.

my friend of one year, we became really close and we became a group with 3 other girls. so anyway, this year shes starting to be really rude to me, ignoring me, and treating me different than my other friends. i have talked to her about it at least 7 times and she does not listen. if i had the choice, i wouldnt be friends with her.. but we're in a group. AND shes in my lunch, and my only friend there and she totally ignores me. what can i do, or what can i do to not make me so upset?!! (link)

My friend did the same thing and I would always try talking to her and finally I was just like well if shes going to act stupid like that I won't try talking to her anymore. Don't try to be friends if someones going to be mean to you like that.

hey guys..13/f and i live in Canada..i have a book report due soon and im not sure which book i should read. Okay, 2 days ago I smoked pot for my second time ever and Im STILL coughing. My throat doesnt hurt or anything. But, I know smoking pot can lead to a common cough. Is it normal to still be coughing 2 days later. By the way, I dont have a cold so dont tell me its that. If it is normal, how long will it take on average to go away? (link)

dogs are pretty easy to train. but it will take some time. and it's easier to start training them as a puppy.

I dont know what to do, it's been months and i just can't forget him.OK i was going out with this guy for about 2 years, I loved him so much. But we have broke up and im sure he's waay over me. He has had like 7 girl friends already. Now he's with one he really seems to like and she is beautiful. Meanwhile I'm here 7months later still crying as if it was the first day we broke up. I have a new boyfriend. He treats me great and I like him alot but, I could never love him. I dont think i could love anyone else. I have tried so hard to get over my ex, to fall in love with my new boyfried, but i just cant. I cant take it. Im dieing. NO matter how happy i may spend the day at night it all comes down to thoughts of him. Its like im happy with my new boyfriend but theres something missing. I feel so incomplette without my ex. I need him, i really do. But he can have who ever he wants, why would he waste his time on me. I'm probably just not worth it. I'll never be happy. Please don't think I'm some emo girl I really do try to be happy. I work hard in school, I go out all the time, Im nice to everyone. But then when im alone i cry. I usually cry myself to sleep, or pray and pray to feel better until i just knock out. I cant live like this anymore. Please guys I know this was long. But please help I dont know what to do anymore. I never had acne and I don't have it on my face or anything just on my forehead.
I always have my hair over my forehead so I was thinking it was hair oils and maybe I should get the hair out of my face, but I don't think it would work,
Proactive.. I've heard so many bad things about it and I don't even want to try because I usually don't get in the habit of putting things on so if I stop using it I heard I'll break out really really bad.
I just started using clearisil but no results yet
Do you have any tips on getting rid of them?

don't touch your face because it will spread bacterica and give you more pimples. and don't pop them because it will just leave scars and spread more bacteria. wash your face two to three times a day but not more than that or your skin will dry out. people suggested to me to use nutrogena or clean and clear.

so i'm going to college next year and i currently have a fairly new toshiba laptop with windows...i was wondering if a mac would be better for college? i know they're better with graphics and such and i can use both but i've been using a pc longer. are there any college students who have an opinion on this?

Well my sister just graduated and my parents got her a mac. BAD IDEA. It broke twice already and she keeps having to bring it to get fixed. It kept doing weird stuff and like not turning on. I would deffinatley get a p.c

Are there any known MySpace viruses that somehow go into your account and use your page to comment others without your knowledge? My friend recently sent me a kind of suspicious comment involving a "MySpace camera." The url was something having to do with "freevegasclubs," leading me to believe that my friend did not mean to send me this comment...she might have had the virus passed onto her, thus she might not have control over what she is "commenting" to the friends on her page. I also clicked on it, so now I might be exposed to this virus. I don't want to be sending comments to people I barely know. Plus I don't want any further damage from this virus to show up on my computer. I am really concerned with this, so please help. (link)

There are so MANY viruses on myspace I cant take it. If your friends leave you comments that aren't something they would seen and have some kind of weird link DELETE IT and don't click on it. Go to toms page and read his blog. It has stuff about the viruses on there. and if any weird codes come up on the edit profile part of your myspace delete them then change your password. I have started to get on myspace because allot of people make viruses for it now.

my fucking mom treats me like im still 7. my siter is 9 and every friday and saturday night they go out to eat. im fucking 14 years old so why the hell do they think i want to spend my friday and saturday nights EVERY weekend at a gay restaurant with my parents and my mom and sister dont get along so i end up having to listen to them fight.
im at the age where i can go out with my friends and i can stay home alone, i dont need to go everywhere with my parents. i scream at them and tell them how much i hate being with them and they never let me go anywhere with my friends. i dont have any fun
once again on a friday night my parents a sister are going out to eat, and they said i HAVE to go. but i went LAST week and the week before that and the week before that. its a fucking friday night i want my friend to come over but NOOOOO my mom has to be gay and say "o ur going out to eat you cant stay home alone with your friend"
how can they expect me to go everywhere with them????

I feel like I dont fit in at school. Lately, Im very anti-social. Im a girl, but I hate the other girls. I think theyre so annoying. The way they laugh with their friends so loud just to get attention. And they do it in a way that guys will look over at them and think theyre hot. They wear slutty outfits and are so cliquy. And Im not in middle school, Im in high school! Where people are supposed to be more mature? What do I do about this ? I get so angry I leave the class sometimes and say I have to go to the bathroom and then I cry because Im not included and I feel less compared to them and ugly. (link)
