MySpace virus? Are there any known MySpace viruses that somehow go into your account and use your page to comment others without your knowledge? My friend recently sent me a kind of suspicious comment involving a "MySpace camera." The url was something having to do with "freevegasclubs," leading me to believe that my friend did not mean to send me this comment...she might have had the virus passed onto her, thus she might not have control over what she is "commenting" to the friends on her page. I also clicked on it, so now I might be exposed to this virus. I don't want to be sending comments to people I barely know. Plus I don't want any further damage from this virus to show up on my computer. I am really concerned with this, so please help.

I was reading this thing on Tom's myspace the other day and he was talking about this. People hack into your account and post advertising bulletins and comments on other peoples myspaces. The way to get rid of this is to simply change your password and don't click on any of the advertisements. Never log in to myspace if the url doesnt begin with "www.myspace.com/" Hope I helped! ]
Not if you only type your password into Myspace and don't click on the links next time. ]
delete the comments, don't click the link, and have your friend change her password so she can't send the comments. ]
There are so MANY viruses on myspace I cant take it. If your friends leave you comments that aren't something they would seen and have some kind of weird link DELETE IT and don't click on it. Go to toms page and read his blog. It has stuff about the viruses on there. and if any weird codes come up on the edit profile part of your myspace delete them then change your password. I have started to get on myspace because allot of people make viruses for it now. ]
