If you lose 20 pounds, you will be clinically underweight. If you lose 15 pounds, you'll be at the low range of healthy.
That said, exercise is your friend. You don't need to give up junk food entirely, just limit it. Allow yourself one treat per week, for instance. That way, you know you can have something, so it's easier to say no the rest of the time.
You shouldn't want to lose weight so you can get a designer swimsuit. You shouldn't want to change your eating habits so you can please your mother. You should change your eating habits because you want to be healthy. You should exercise because you want to be healthy.
If I were you, I would talk to your mom and show her the statistics related to your BMI. At you're current weight, your BMI is 21.9. A healthy range is 18.5-24.9. At 105lbs, your BMI would be 19.2. At 100lbs, your BMI would only be 18.3.

also really sweet fruits would be good to satisfy your taste.
and crystal light....that's really good and it fills you up.
and i would definitely suggest water because the more you drink, the more you're filled up, which means that you're less likely to eat more [junk food]

As for giving up junk food (which WILL probably help you lose weight, if you still think you need to) first switch to baked versions of the things you're eating. Baked Cheetos taste EXACTLY the same has regular ones, and they're much better for you. Ask mom to buy less junk. Get healthy and tasty alternatives to junk food, like:
- baby carrots with peppercorn ranch
- sliced apples and peanut butter
- fresh vegetables
- lowfat granola bars
- trail mix
Meals are easy to make healthier versions of too. Bake or grill chicken instead of frying it (marinate it in something like lemon pepper or honey mustard marinade first). Use less cheese when you have tacos or chicken parmesean. Dab off excess grease off a pizza before you eat it (and put lots of veggies on it too). Eat a salad before dinner- you'll eat less of the main course AND get your vegetable servings!
