I just auditioned for my school talent show and I think I did really bad. I sang (Un Moto di Gioia) because my friends said I should. I have a terrible case of stage fright, and I thought this audition might help me get over it. I mean, some of the girls on the audition panel were laughing (which is very rude, but that's not the point). I am so embarassed, I don't think I'll ever show my face again. I dropped out of the show, of course. I'm questioning my talents as a singer right now. I have been singing for 6 years. I am very trained as a singer, was admitted into an Advanced Choir at an early age, but still...I think people think I'm a bad singer and don't want to tell me. Does anyone know what I mean?

I stayed over my friends house one weekend and her brother is my bestfriends boyfriend. That night me and him stayed up and hung out and played around (like hittin eachother with stuff and pushin eachother of the bed) and he said 'You know what? Dont tell Cjay(my bestfriend) this but I think I'm starting to like you. I didn't like him before he said that and I started to like him.And they are the type of couple that break up everynight and get back together sooner or later, and this was a night they broke up.Then we stayed up all night watching movies and playing around and holding hands and stuff, nothing bad. Okay usually I have no problem talking/flirting with guys. And I usually never fall for the popular type.

But now I'm head over heels for Adam. We have a few classes together and share some similar intrests. I'm also the cheerleader for his basketball team. Alot of the time I wish I could me more glamourous; more well-liked; more respected. I guess you could say popular.

I've known this guy my whole life and have never really been interested. We've always been friends and he's known to many people as the guy who's always looking to get laid.

We're both transfering college right now so this semester we're both kind of taking it easy at home and going to community college (I'm 20/f btw). Lately he's been IMing and calling me like everyday to hang out and sometimes is pretty vulgar. It's more jokingly than like offensive though.

It's like "We used to be friends and we haven't talked in a year so lets go hook up" um no.. Anyway to get to the point, for whatever reason I finally gave in and agreed to go to a movie with him tonight. I'm still not interested but I know he's going to try to make a move. I don't particularly want to go, but I don't want to rude.

My real question is what should I wear? Should I look hot so I feel good and appear to be in control of the situation and then like blue ball him for badgering me for so long. Or.. should I wear like sweats and look schleppy in hopes of him maybe backing down?

Either way I don't think I'm leading him on because he knows I'm not intersted. Looking for answers asap- this date is tonight!

does anyone know of any good ways to get better at sight reading? i'm really bad at playing runs [going up or down a scale]. i think it might be because i can't read music as fast as its supposed to be played. does anyone have any advice. thanks

yu just need to practice more.. like they sai PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT... try to read as much as music as you can.. first start out with short music and easier and eventually start wid harder.. it all takes time..

you need to find someone that you kan talk about anything.. like a best friend or your gurl friend... and actually tell them everything.. the more you keep it to your self the harder its gonna be for you and the worse it can get..
