alot of people said cologne and that is a fabulous idea! make the holiday seem special too. if you guys were together for christmas , make sure what you did for that celebration is different. lol!

Most guys don't like stuff animals!
Out of the love of his masculinity don't get him a stuff animal. But I do agree with TimmyTM. I think you should get him something(not a stuff animal) with your scent on it.

How about a framed picture of you, and a stuffed animal scented with whatever you wear? (And if you don't wear anything, sleep with it for a month until Valentine's Day to get your REAL scent on it.)

well i know this sounds..traditional but guys love to eat, so i'd get him chocolates!! thats what im getting my bf for valentines day. or get him his favorite football team hat ((winter hat or baseball hat)). thats always useful. need more ideas? instant message me at crazy5him107. hope i was helpful!!
