I know this may sound weird but i want to gain weight but not make it noticeable so ill weigh more but wont look any diffrant because im taking wrstling and i want to be heavy so i wont be able to be taken down as easily any suggestions?

Ok let me get this straight...you want to gain weight to your frame but not look any different? What? If you want to be heavy then you're going to have to look different.....

Anyway, drink lots of whole milk, and EAT. Especially peanut butter sandwiches. Dont think that you wont need to lift weights to make all of this work either. Get in the gym and Get Serious.

you can eat n then go EXPERSIZE so that you wont gain much..

dont gain weight for it unless you need to go up a weight class by only a little. weighing more so its hard to get you down is somewhat stupid, no offense. just try some weight lifting, therefore it might be easy to get you down but you will always have the upper hand cause you can fight back strnong. also remember if you weigh 200 pounds wrestling, yeah youll be big but according to weight class youll be paied up with someone just as big. you catch my drift?
