I know this may sound weird but i want to gain weight but not make it noticeable so ill weigh more but wont look any diffrant because im taking wrstling and i want to be heavy so i wont be able to be taken down as easily any suggestions?

hopelessly_devoted answered Monday January 16 2006, 6:05 pm: dont gain weight for it unless you need to go up a weight class by only a little. weighing more so its hard to get you down is somewhat stupid, no offense. just try some weight lifting, therefore it might be easy to get you down but you will always have the upper hand cause you can fight back strnong. also remember if you weigh 200 pounds wrestling, yeah youll be big but according to weight class youll be paied up with someone just as big. you catch my drift?
