I sort of don't agree with a lot of society.I just don't agree with how people are most of the time.Occasionally,when I'm in a wild environment everything seems so absurd and crazy to me.I remember being at a few parties and being fine,but after a while I just went off alone because I couldn't handle everything.It just seemed so intense,but I realize that everyone was just being themselves.
Simply,I feel isolated. It feels like I'm an outsider and there's no one to connect with,not even other people that are outsiders.The funny thing is,I don't seem like the kind of kid that would be like this.But I just don't have anyone,and it's killing me.

Why you chose me to answer this question, I don't know, but....
I channel my boredom and excess energy into my writing. I write monologues, short stories, and scripts, and I find the process very rewarding, especially when it wins an award or gets made into a movie or play.
While on that, I also direct movies. That can be incredibly fun, and it's very easy to do if you can round people up.
Plus, there's always www.bored.com

Is anyone really good at editing videos? I have to do a lipsync for a speech project and we have to film it. Problem: I can't edit a video to save my life! and I REALLY want it to look like a music video or professional looking.

The guy really, really wouldn't appreciate it. It's not exactly rude... But it's not courteous, either. Also, as has been said below me, wouldn't it be easier to just face him? It's a better idea in general to do it in person.

so i had this class with this guy who was really sweet and always knew what to say. he would always scoot into the chair with me just so we could sit together and he would just grab my hand and just look into my eyes. one day when he was in the chair with me, he put his hand on my knee&i didn't think much about it. slowly he moved his hand up my thigh and i took and put it back on my knee[we were in class.] so i thought he REALLY liked me. but then i was talking to some other girls and they said that he did the same thing to them. i was crushed. he still gives we long hugs everyday and holds me, but i'm still hurt.
now heres my question; should i do something that will make him like me more than the rest of the girls&if so what? or should just forget about him?

An agnostic person is someone who is unsure of what to believe. This means they have either grown disheartened by their own religion and will probably switch, or they have decided that the mysteries of the universe are unsolvable and not worth spending that much time on. In short, someone who is unsure as to whether or not there is a God/higher power/afterlife.
An atheist is someone who has looked at all the facts available to them and decided not to believe that God exists. They believe him to be impossible for a wide number of reasons, and ultimately can not accept the idea of an all-powerful supernatural being.

I'm interested in books like "Go Ask Alice" & things about teenage things that I can relate to. It has to be around 300 pages. I don't want Gossip Girls or anything like that, so does anyone have any good suggestions?

The Catcher in the Rye, The Lovely Bones, The Burn Journals, Godless, Cut, and Under the Wolf, Under the Dog are all books I enjoyed. The last one is somewhat depressing, though.

i really like this guy. and we started talking a lot towards the end of 9th grade.. and like over the summer we talked and texted.. and one night we even stayed up till 2 in the morning talking online. we talked for four hours. and now 10th grade has started and we kind of haven't talked very much. i mean we texted for a little once... and i talked to him online like once... but that's it. i feel like he lost interest in talking to me. and like i want to reach out and keep talking to him but i don't want him to think of me as bothering him. he never reaches out to me... so should i just stop? If you want to keep this up, then you're going to have to make an effort. Try and hang out with him more, and see how he responds to that in general. It may be time to let this go, but it may be worth checking it out a little further.

I strained a muscle in my foot a few months ago.
(The muscle that runs on the top of your foot into the big toe) And a couple of days ago
it started hurting pretty bad again. Now when

Your best bet would be to see a doctor, or, failing that, at least get a preliminary opinion from your school nurse. You may have ripped a ligament, which would suck.

ITunes was having a problem with cd-dvd burner recognition...I reinstalled Itunes and problem went away......however, I checked Windows MEdia Player and it will not recognize my cd-dvd burners...what's up with this....... (link)

iTunes, in general, is problematic and annoying. You're probably just going to have to pick one or the other (iTunes or WMP) and only use that one.

Your best bet would be to talk to your mom and see what you can work out. Going behind her back would only cause more problems... But I think you should be allowed to date. Explain the situation to her. Maybe introduce the guy to her, to show your mom that he's not a bad guy or anything.
