I am a swimmer and I get most of my excersize. I was wondering how I could keep in shape when it's over. I don't have the money to go to the gym.

soccer is coming up soon.... i need to get in shape... really bad. whenever i run now i feel i get out of breath a lot easier. and i think my leg muscles decreased, i lost a lot of weight. what can i do do get in shape, and increase my muscles (mainly leg muscles.. although arm muscles would help for my throw-ins)?

I was in the exact same situation last soccer season. I felt like when I ran I was running out of breath and everything like that! But one day in pe I just went for it and jogged for the whole 20 mins and after that I could jog as far as I want how fast I want when I want! It's great! Also, I'm not sure if you know this or not but if you try this the next day your legs will hurt and you have to massage them because if you don't acid builds up in there from working so hard and it decreases the muscle size..Hope I helped! ♥
Alright, this is a stupid question, but today I purchased a D.A.R.E. shirt at Hot Topic. Under it, it reads "To Keep Kids Off Drugs." Does this have deeper meaning? Because on the standard D.A.R.E. shirts (like the official ones) they read "To Resist Drugs And Violence." I was wondering if "To Keep Kids Off Drugs" has any deeper meaning? I'm trying to lose a few pounds and maybe an inch off my stomach or just tighten it up. I was just wondering if doing 100 crunches a day, drinking water or flavored water with no calories,carbs etc..and running at least a mile each day will show results within 20 days or so. I would really appreciate any feedback. Thanks guys!
That will definetely work! I eat really not healthy stuff and in pe we run for 20 mins a day which is about a mile and I lost weight and I didn't mean to. You'll lose weight and get muscly! haha ♥

Well there isn't really a way to get bigger boobs..but I know i few little things that could help. One you could maybe get a water bra? One or two of my friends have them and they look real! I'm not sure how they feel though. And two you can start drinking more milk and chicken. The hormones in them make you develop more. ♥
so i REALLY wanna be a freshman cheerleader but the problem is when i get in front of the judges i like freeze up and forget stuff like last year i messed up on my cheer and wasn't very loud cuz i was like omg judges so does anyone know how i could get over my fear of the judges?
Hey! My older sister had the exact same problem! But luckily after going through it with her I didn't face it because I helped her with it! When I first tried out I was just really nice and didn't act conceited. I even messed up on the routine I did and you could totally tell but they still excepted me! Now, when we tryout people for our squad I can normally tell what their vibe is and when they act stuck up I say no automatically. Attitude is everything. Just act nice and do your thing! You'll do great. ♥

I dyed my hair yesterday and i always straighten/flat iron my hair and i was wondering if its safe to flat iron it after i dyed it? would it dye it out? my hair is well conditioned so it doesnt look or feel dye but i was just making sure. Thanks!
